Worst Tim Hortons ever. Ive been here about three times and all have been bad experiences. The first two times, I went through the drive thru and it took an exceptionally long time to get a basic order such as a coffee. There are no greetings. Unfriendly and outright rude. This time went I went in today, the bald headed male (just trying to identify him as I did not catch his name) appeared to be a manager. The customer in front of me was getting antsy as he must have been waiting to be acknowledged. The manager didnt like it. The manager stared him down and finally got the dozen donuts ordered by the customer. After change was tendered, the manager quickly pointed to me and said "what you want?" No greeting, nothing. I said a bagel combo #10. After repeating my order and specifics twice because the manager clearly wasnt paying attention, he grabbed the muffin (my side item) put it in the bag, and kind of plopped it (dropped it from like 6 inches from the counter). Then he got my xlarge coffee. I saw it leaking and pointed it out to him. I noticed the cup had a hole/tear in it. All he did was put another xlarge cup underneath it and handed it to me. I realized that if I lifted this cup and tried to drink out of it that I would get coffee all over me. I said can you just fill it in another cup. He didnt like that. He mumbled something and poured my coffee in a large cup. I had ordered and paid for a xlarge cup. he placed my coffee over a puddle on the counter. No apology for any of it. The bagel I was handed was not toasted either. On top of that, the amount of cream cheese on the bagel was absurd. I like extra cream cheese, but this was way too much. They were also out of the vegetable cream cheese. Worst service ever. That "manager" if you could call him that, is no manager at all. Never going here again.

I used to go to this Tim Hortons every Saturday morning. Lately the service has been awful. The man on the speaker mumbles. Cant understand him. Today visited again. It was about 7 AM. Mumbling something about Tim HOrtons, I heard "can I take your order? I said very clearly, Id like a sausage egg and cheese sandwich on a toasted four cheese bagel, a medium coffee with double cream, and double Splenda, and a banana nut muffin. Then the guy on the speaker said, you want a medium coffee?. Yes, I replied with double cream and double Splenda. Speaker guy said, What kind of muffin? I said Banana. Speaker guy said, " What kind of sandwich?" He wasnt paying attention at all. When I got to the window, a young lady handed me my coffee and said, "that will be $8.04!" I said No way its $8.04. Then she looked at Mr. Mumbles who then said TWICE $4.04. I handed over a 5 dollar bill and got a dollar and 96 cents back in change!!!!!! I tried to explain that total wasnt correct either. THe sandwich is at least 2.50 plus coffee and a muffin. THen Mr. Mumbles said $3.04. I tried once more to explain they were wrong, then I just gave up and left. At that moment it looked like the three people at the window were getting upset with me. I told them I was just trying to help, but I wasnt getting anywhere. I just left. I wont be back to that TIm Hortons anytime soon. Oh. I got a muffin, but it wasnt banana.

Where do I start ? DO NOT COME HERE. This place needs to be shut down and its extremely concerning how they handle your food. I will be contacting the health department regarding these health violations. -Stains, spills, grime coating every surface -The employee dropped a name tag into the ice cream, stared at me for a minute then picked it up and continued making ice cream -He asked ME "whats in the ice cream?" I dont know, are you qualified to mix ice cream here or not? -He didnt give me a spoon for my ice cream so I asked for one and he pointed to a bin of what I thought was used sample spoons for the ice cream because there was ice cream on them... I told him what I thought and he pulled a spoon out of a box from the back -They were out of 2 out of the 5 ingredients I asked for in my ice cream mix and said they dont "never have it in stock" what kind of business are they running here? -The employee was cleaning the floor with a broom then switched to putting gloves on to take my order. If you dont wash your hands before doing so youre getting bacteria and grime on the outside of the glove youre gonna handle my food with. But thank you for your attempt to be hygienic. -I asked for a Iced Mocha capp and emphasized MOCHA 2 more times to make sure he heard. Yet, he still gave me a regular ice cap and attempted to fix it when I told him theres no mocha in it. -

All their ice cream is laced with trans fats, and I couldnt find the nutritional info for their waffle cones, but I bet they are, too. So, the only healthy option here is their one flavor of frozen yogurt (strawberry), served in a cup. The small size is still over $3 a cup, so its not cheap. The large is only $4, though, so I bought a couple larges. It really was large, and I found it hard to handle two at once, unlike two Baskin Robbins single scoop sugar cones, which I can easily handle. The ice cream was just too big to get my mouth around, so I needed to use a spoon, and I cant do that while holding two cones. For those not familiar with this place, they have "mix-ins", which, unlike "toppings", they knead into the ice cream like they are kneading dough. They have a mens room and womens room, but each is for a single occupant, so you may have to wait, if its occupied. Id have given them 5 stars if not for the trans fats. Theres just no excuse for leaving in trans fats after theyve been thoroughly proven to be deadly.

Well......I just came back from there, and let me tell you. The staff is totally unprofessional. Customers waiting behind me (a party of about 6 people) was waited on before I could order. Once I placed my order, the employee took their ENTIRE order BEFORE they started making my food. I think I stood there about 15 minutes then they started making my order. Once I received my order, my sandwich was made sloppy. I will NEVER SET FOOT IN THAT PLACE AGAIN. THE OWNER SHOULD BE REALLY PROUD OF HIMSELF, AS FAR AS WHO HIS EMPLOYEES ARE...NOT REALLY. ON A SCALE OF 1-10 i GIVE THIS LOCATION A -10

This is the absolute worst Tim Hortons/ Cold Stones on the planet!!! I walked in to get a MilkShake. And walked out with nothing. There was one family in front of me. These people were trying so hard to place their orders . But the rude ice cream maker kept walking away. They had like 7 associates behind the counter. Walking back and forth doing nothing. After waiting for 10mins to get serviced. The guy that was going to make my milkshake acted as if he didnt know what to do. Then he goes to the back and comes back with a cloudy blender. I just canceled my order. And walked out.
