My family loves eating here but every time we go to this location we have to wait on something we want because they didnt have enough. Tonight they ran out of chow mein and while waiting for that to get done they ran out of the chicken we wanted so the chow mein got done but then we had to wait even longer for chicken when they knew what we were waiting for! Very poor service tonight! This store definitely needs better management.

Love panda express because i can rely on a clean place to get Chinese food. HOWEVER, there is a server at this location (Dona) that is very stingy with the portion sizes, at first i thought it was a mistake. But after 3 visits where she served me, I see the pattern. It is vet aggravating, mostly just the principle of it. Its to the point that i wont go to this location any more if i can avoid it.

Meh....it was ok. They do not have a lot of the stuff that is listed on the menu online. They do not carry pot stickers, they sell Mandarin sauce by the bottle, but did not actually have any mandarin chicken available. I asked for hot mustard, but they did not give me any. The chow mein noodles were a little hard, and lacked flavor. All in all, it was a bit pricey for food that was just ok.

I love Panda! Depends on which store u go 2 & whos serving u. The store on 135 has a stingy server, never open on time! The 1 on southport rd is chaotic! Bathroom was nasty! Told her but it never got cleaned b4 I left! Some of the people r ok thou!

I agree with everyone about having to wait on something that has run out. It seems like it happens every time we visit. I suppose the toss up is knowing your food is fresh. The staff is super friendly and the place is very clean.

Fast food Chinese Cafeteria style bins on a steam table waiting for you to show up and eat. I got a good chemical buzz after eating there. MSG? Not bad, but wasnt my choice, and after chemical buzz, I wont be rushing back.
