These hipsterish places are popping up in all sorts of varieties. This one is blah, 1/3rd pound burger (on a 1/4# bun) and fries with a drink for almost 13 farging dollars!?! Wha....? I walked in hungry and left with the edge of hunger dulled, but was hungry again a few hours later. Now, Id come from the gym, and Im a big guy, but I couldve went to a local pub-type place, gotten the same meal, paid about the same price and the burger wouldve been 8oz and I wouldve been full. I couldve went to the DeBellas sub shop, spent 2 bucks less and been filled up. But, I thought that Id try a new place, oh well, that was a mistake. Investors sell immediately, these and their fake reviews will not last anymore than that stupid Italian Street Food place will.

The first time we went here my boyfriends burger was under cooked so he sent it back. The second time we went, we were waiting for our order but a kids baseball team came in so we told the cashier we would be outside on the patio. After waiting 25 minutes, I went inside to check on our order & was surprised to see the entire team of kids and their parents already eating. I told the cashier we were still waiting and she apologized and said she wondered why there was still food under the heat lamp. By the time we got, it was cold, stale, and just gross. I filled out a survey online thinking that manager would see it and call me back, maybe offer a coupon or something, but I never heard anything. Needless to say, weve only been to Five Guys since.

WHOA! Okay, hear me out. I absolutely love eating here. I try to bring new friends here all the time & they always love it. Today, I decided to get takeout for the first time...this feels like a prank lol. The fries taste & feel like theyve been sitting at the bottom of a day old bin. Which really upsets me because these are usually my favorite! Dining in always burns my fingers because of how hot & fresh they usually are; a burn Im excited for! This... well, I guess next time Ill say that Im dining in, but immediately ask for a box once they bring it to me lol. Itll probably only work 3 times before they just give me the bottom bin fries again though. Sigh* please enjoy Smash Burger at its finest! Its absolutely delicious.

Service: Not enough cashiers and waiters. This equals long lines even on a Wednesday night. Long lines means standing directly under the air conditioner. After waiting for 20+ minutes, it feels like youre standing in a freezer. The sitting area isnt like that, only the area by the front door. Managers need to turn the dial down a bit. Way too cold. If customers were in and out, itll be ok. But when youre standing right under the air for 20+minutes waiting to order & then waiting for your to be ready, its super cold & annoying.

I had a good first experience here but the second time around I had to wait in the order line for 15 minutes past my designated pick up time just to sign something that was sitting on the counter. The emailed receipt said I could just "pick up and go." What is the point of "pick up and go" if I have to wait 15 minutes? I could just have placed the order at the restaurant! Also the carry out worker used a wash rag to wipe down the counter and did not wash her hands before touching the food.

Phenomenal burger. Much better than Five guys and even In and Out. Not quite as good as Red Coat but its almost half the price. Its about as juicy as it could possibly get without being soggy and the bun is made fresh. Only 2 gribes. The burger is over $5 and not that big. I could probably eat 2 and I weigh under 110. Other issue is there is a waitress for the seating area. Not sure if youre supposed to tip or if its ok not too. Very weird concept since it has a normal fast food counter.

Ultimately its still a fast food place where you have to order at the counter, but here someone brings your food to the table you choose. The burgers at Smashburger are very good, with just the right amount of char on the outside, and good toppings. The fries, including the sweet potato fries, are also very good if youre a fan of the thin-cut type. If you prefer steak fries, you may not be happy.

Excellent burgers and fries! Especially the Smashfries; once youve had them, youll never again order any other kind. Service is quite speedy, even during lunch rushes. I recommended this location to my co-workers, and theyve come back several times for our lunch breaks! Just keep away from the haystack onions and fried pickles, though: theyre way too salty for some reason.

Burgers were pretty good. Watch out that the mushroom swiss burger is greasy, but the avocado burger is really tasty. Dizzying number of different type of fries! Sweet potato fries are the best, then smash fries. Veggie fries were greasy.. Service was great, everyone was super nice.

What sets this apart form similar burger chains is that they season the beef. Usually, the patties are unseasoned--ridiculous. But here, there was a ton of flavor, if only due to salt and pepper. But it was great. If only they had house-cut fries....

Id have given 5 stars if the burguers were bigger. Its delicious and I could be going every day! I highly recommend both burguers and fries. Specially fries because they are not as the common ones, these are have condiments and are sooo good!

I love coming here, the staff is friendly and the food is great! Ive never had a bad experience at this restaurant. If you are going to smash burger for the first time I recommend the grilled chicken on multi grain with lettuce and avocado.

Two weeks ago I had an under cooked black bean burger. Now Im sitting here with a 1.5 oz chicken breast pounded to paper thinness. Not to mention the dirty mop smell coming from the kitchen every time the door swings open.

Food is great (especially the smashfries). Their online ordering never works (6+ tries over the last 12 months and I notified them each time) and they absolutely DO NOT take phone orders, even if their system isnt working.

I eat here for lunch 3 times a month since it opened and the burgers have been great every time. For just a little more than the fast food chains, Its by far the best around I can find...

Food is a little salty for my taste, but my wife loves it. Service is always friendly. Food is a little slower than fast food, but that is probably to be expected.
