Bad experiance on more than one occasion but this afternoon took the cake. For starters.. When my boyfriend went to pick up the food the lady who rang him up didnt even have the decency to hand him our food instead said "your foods over there".. So rude, unhelpful wait staff. Then when we open our food, my chicken sandwich was missing the bacon I requested and had a ton of mayo on it when I specifically said NO MAYO. My boyfriends steak and cheese sandwich was ice cold and both orders of our waffle fries, that I asked for WELL DONE, were so uncooked that pieces were cold and we had to put them in the oven and cook them ourselves. I threw my whole sandwich out because the chicken tasted funky and was like rubber. Never again! 2 thumbs down on service and good quality. Called and complained and they didnt even offer my money back so I just said Ill never be ordering from them again.

Just visited this place to try a new coney island for breakfast. Two breakfast meals and a shake $17 so fair prices, but the food was pretty bad. No butter or salt was used and hash browns were burnt. French toast is suppose to have egg on it right, somebody should tell the cook that. When asked how our meal was by the manager we told him of our review and his response to us "was good to know, come back and try again" I never post reviews but felt this was needed.

Much better new Management since our last visit a few years ago. Now fantastic service n special soups daily. Love the new Waffles which I top with Chicken. Weve been 3 times in the last month. Looking forward to a big breakfast day. Find them on Facebook well worth a try. Very best soups downriver,,, hey got Chicken and Waffles on the menu now,, how cool is that.

Went there twice in the morning when it says full menu all day one time they tried very hard to get me to get something that wasnt fried but they end up turning on the fryer the second time they claim they tried to but it wouldnt heat up even though we heard the cook tell them to get us to get something else right when she tried to tell him to turn on the frier.

Aside from the very pretty wait staff, the service was great. We were greeted as soon as we sat down. Refills were prompt and they checked on us often. The food was very good and the portions (fries specifically) were generous. Decently priced as well. Definitely a recommended place to stop.

Food is good, prices are great, portions are large, and the wait staff is good, friendly, and nice to look at. Omelets are fantastic, gyros are really good, coneys are at par, dinner salads are really good, and soups are delicious (and a bowl is a BIG bowl).

horrible ! yes the waitresss are cute but they also are to busy talking and flirting with the cooks ! my waitress never paid any attention to our table our cups sat with out refills but she had plenty of time to go back in the kitchen !

Look been coming here for awhile and by far it is one of the best..they make you feel at home...and if you have kids they love them here...also have a lent special which is one of many reason I like it here...

Definitely the best place to eat. The food is so tasty and fresh. The waitresses were so friendly and hot. This will be my first and only option to have a great time... I Highly recommend it to everybody.

Ordered a burger from the menu, received a sandwich of the same kind but wasnt the description on the menu. My co-worker had an omelette and the hash browns were less dark than his skin.

Food inside was really good. We ordered a couple of to-go dinners as well. Upon opening we found that the amount of food was very small. It was nearly laughable. So dont order to go.
