Although the food I have been able to order was good, I was only once allowed to order from the hidden menu. The second time I attempted to do so, I was told "we dont do that," despite the fact that I had ordered from the secret menu at this location just a few weeks prior. Also of concern to me is the temperature. I often sit for a few hours WITH hot coffee and my laptop; however, this location is freezing. It is November and 30 some degrees outside yet this location is pumping out cold air. Makes for an uncomfortable environment which is almost intolerable for me. Bundle up if you plan to stay a while. Ive suggested to staff that they ease up on the air conditioning. Theyve agreed but I saw now change in temps.

We stopped there for a bagel with cream cheese on a Sunday afternoon. Just few other customers in a whole place. Placed an order for two bagels with cream cheese. Waited for 20 minutes before we were informed they "ran out" of cream cheese. Spoke to Nikki, "shift leader" She said that it happens sometimes and we shouldve make sure before we ordered. I said that the clerk who rang us up never said anything. Nikki said " We can give you your bagels, you just wont get any cream cheese, not today anyways, or you can go some place else" We opted for latter, went to Starbucks in the area, 12 mile and Telegraph. Would not be back to this Panera, neither would recommend it.

I ordered a oatmea,l breakfast sandwich and a latte. My sandwich and drink was good but i received a totally different oatmeal than what i paid for. The manager gave me a option of coming in and replacing it but i am working and have been on the road for 3 hours already. Not convienant at all. I just want to get what i paid for when Im hungry. I should had been offered a gift card mailed to me but thats their protocol. Just doesnt work for those that dont live in the city.

I just want to know what kind of Panera runs out of black bean soup at 2:30 in the afternoon? The staff were a pleasant bunch but after having wasted my time ordering and waiting on my food that manager should have offered me more than just my money back! Could have offered me a cookie or something! This one star review is for him and the person who does the ordering (or lack of)!

The parking at this location is a literal nightmare if you try to go during lunch rush. I like to use their online ordering system so that I dont have to wait in line to pay for my food. The manager was very sweet in making me a smoothie when they made an error on my lunch order. I go here often, Id certainly go more if they figured out a better parking solution.

Aug 26, ~7:45 PM. Absolutely terribly managed location. They Actually made us present our receipts after we complained about waiting for 45 minutes for soup that never came. (And there were hardly 10 people at the location at this time). Need Panera management to pay a surprise visits or two to this location.

I agree with Dana....this Panera does not meet the standard of others I have eaten in. It is not very clean and the last time I ordered a salad it barely filled the box, had too much dressing on it and contained ingredients that were not fresh. I have not been back since. New management is sorely needed.

I paid more than $12 for this meal. I should have gone across the street to Chipotle and got their burrito bowl for $6.50+tax. The description for the "Turkey Basil blah blah blah" was enticing, but once I stared at it for 30 seconds, I realized it was probably microwaved with the fake grill marks.

They did not have bread for bread bowls nor did they have several flavored bagels at 4pm on a Saturday. The excuse was that they are busy. They should be busy. They are on Telegraph south of 12 Mile. This store has been there for a few years. They should know how to stock by now.

The girls taking orders acted like they couldnt care less about service, moved like molasses on a cold day, made me stand there while they talked to each other and milled around, then asked to help another customer who just walked up. Will never stop here again. This place sucks!

They did not give me what I ordered. And it wasnt right cause I paid a lot of money for it and did not realize it till I was on the road again headed home in another city. They should have took care to have my order accurate.

Place is dirty and smelly. Paper all over the floor. Kitchen is unkept. This is the worst Panama I have ever attended. Needs management attention or a new manager. I expected much higher standards from Panera.

The Cashiers can sometimes be a little inattentive. They seem to rush you into decisions. Restroom was clean. Dining room. Was clean as well. I usually have to have everyone someone clean a table for me

They bring your food to the table. Stay is always nice, and if you dont feel like talking to people there are now kiosks to order from. Ive never had to wait long when I order here.

Horrible. Found a piece of hair in my tomato soup and ordered a normal sized salad and got a half size. In the half sized box, the salad only filled a quarter of the box.

Service-wise, it was fine. Nice even. The quality of the sandwich is shrinking, as is their size. $8 for a sandwich about the size of two decks of cards is a bad deal.

Its always crowded here. Staff is friendly, and they bring your food to your table. They also have the kisok where you can order your own food with no interaction.
