I was there a few nights ago with my boyfriend. Firstly there was a wait to be seated, even though the place was practically empty. There was one waitress working, her name is Kelsey (I believe thats how its spelled). We were there around 2 or 3am. She was incredibly rude and ignored every customer she had. Most of the time shed just stand in the kitchen or somewhere else not tending to anyone. Multiple people came in waiting to be seated, Id say at least five-ten times, she ignored them so they all left. Our order was wrong, even when we asked for it to be corrected it was wrong yet again. At one point another customer there started to seat people himself because she was so lazy and didnt care to do it. I could go on more honestly, Im not sure why you pay someone to do nothing.

I doubt I will come back to this location. We definitely came during off hours (5pm on a weekday) and all of 2 other people where there. We waited for 5 minutes before kitchen staff noticed us and alerted the hostess and waitress in another room that we were waiting. Despite being incredibly slow, there was food on the ground in the walkway that hadnt been swept up. Service barely was acceptable, food was alright. Im used to a much larger location where service is always good even when incredibly busy. While it seems to me I may have just come on the wrong day where they assigned the mediocre staff to so the good staff were on busy days, the experience was bad enough that I dont even want to come back. The people just didnt seem to care.

Just ate at this restaurant 30 minutes ago, had to wait a long time before getting served. Other tables that arrived after ours were served 1st. Very poor service, the waitress never checked on us, had to get up and run after her because we needed a drink refill and other things. She served our food first and then we had to wait for silverware for several minutes to even eat. The food was lousy. My brothers omelette was 3 times the size of my combo meal of hash browns, pancakes, eggs and bacon. The only thing they did on a timely fashion was serve us the bill. My brother, his kids and I agreed that we would never go back to this restaurant. We do NOT recommend. Spend your hard earned dollars elsewhere.

Originally, I gave this location 5 stars not for the food, but for the great customer service. Here I am 3 months later and the same reason I have them 5 stars is the same reason Im giving them 1 star. Customer service customer service. Bussiness owners dont realize that they need us, we dont need them, theres 20 other places to eat its not like food is going out of style and were dying to eat at your location. I will never return to this location, due to the horrible customer service. [long waits with no one else in the restaurant/mediocre food/ bring charged extra for one scoop of sour cream/bad attitudes]

First, I Convinced My Family To Eat Here...Second Party Of Three...The Wait Was Fine...Considering It Was Fathers Day...Until Our 15 Minute Wait Was 30 Then 45 Minutes...So I speak To The Manager...She Say "Sorry You We Skipped Your Name... Sorry...Then Sit Down & Get A Sweaty Dirty Waitress Make~Up Running Moving To Fast Do Nothing... I Order My Breakfast With My Egg On The Side... To Get Greasy Eggs On My Waffle & Bacon...My 2pc. Burnt Bacon My Husband & Daughter Enjoyed Their Food... But, I Didnt... I Will Be Calling Monday Morning... Thanks For This Platform... Signed Still Hungry

We waited 20 minutes to be acknowledged by a waitress,and an additional 15 minutes before the beverages arrived. There were flys swarming around our food as if we were seated outside! My steak was a "hunk" of meat and bland with no flavor.The worst part was when a waitress placed some pancakes on my table that were meant for the next table, another following waitress swamped them off the table and placed them on the table they were meant for after I breathed on them!! The only thing this particular IHOP has going is the selection of music played in the restaurant.

There was a 15 minute wait to be seated and when I finally got a seat there were empty tables all around the restaurant with that many open tables there shouldnt be any wait time when at my table I was able to order my food and eat it and the dirty tables all around me didnt get cleaned in that time bus boy seemed to come grab a plate at a time to clear the table . In other words very poor service all around from the time I walked in the door till I left also bathrooms very dirty toilet was overflowing had to bring it up to the managers attention will not go back

Worst customer service ever! We asked our waitress for a couple minutes to decide what we wanted to eat, when we were ready we didnt know where she went then realized she was over at another table with a group of friends just laughing and having a good time. No biggie as it wasnt very busy in there, BUT we waited for almost 30 minutes befor she came over at which point we said we were all set and left. I wouldnt even treat guests at me house this way let alone a BUSINESS!! People are coming to give u theyre hard earned money and you dont even care. Tisk tisk.

We went here 3 times and everytime we had crappy service, this last time was it for me though. Crappy waitress, we asked for water and never got it we had to wait 10 mins and had to ask twice for a to go box, then I went to the counter to pay and was told by a manager that you have to have your server ring it up. I told her I wasnt waiting any longer and she ignored me and answered the phone instead. Then our waitress comes up and says oh Ill do it for you. This place is a joke. The food was decent, but we will NEVER go there again.

Poor customer service for placing a carry out. Manager gave me a free meal business card since my carryout order took to long and the server that took my order forgot about my carryout that had been sitting for a while. The manager did not go check on her employee that kept on disappearing when trying to retrieve my order. Few weeks later, tried calling another carryout to use free meal card was placed on hold for over 5 minutes then called back again, got the same server that messed up the first time. No thanks.

Good service and quality service. I had the big steak omelette which was simply huge. It was stuffed with steak, hash brown, onions, peppers and mushrooms. It was very filling. Pancakes have not evolved since they were created and I thought there Pancakes were just as good as any other place. This location is 24/7 and was even open on Christmas. They have specialty dishes like stuffed French toast but they are a little too sweet for me. I would definitely go back.

Glass in the drinks! Ive eaten here multiple times, and had smaller issues (dirty glasses, silverware,etc.) but todays meal will be my last! My drink came with a unpleasant extra: GLASS. My husband and I ordered the same drink, but since I found the glass, they only replaced mine. No mention of his drink, even though the manager wasnt sure where the glass came from! Please DONT EAT HERE! If I could rate them zero stars, I would!
