I love the food at all of the First Watchs! I think its the best brunch restaurant around. The food yesterday was delicious and our server was fantastic. Unfortunately, I was given the wrong to go order the second to last time I went to this location. So, I called the manager right away who told me to come back anytime to get my food replaced, but when I mentioned it to the manager yesterday, they only comped half my meal. I dont mind paying for the food; it just shows a lack of regard for the customers satisfaction.

The original spot we had picked out was closed so we ended up here. We hadnt tried this chain before so we were up for something new. Didnt knock our socks off, nor did it wildly disappoint. Fairly typical breakfast fare churned out at a fast pace. I wouldnt return on purpose, but if I was faced with no other choices this one would be acceptable.

I loved the chikichanga and my coworker had great things to say about the eggs Benedict BLT. Nice little place and there was a carafe of coffee on the table! The waiter was friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. Even had some good suggestions. Try it out! Nice filling breakfast after some CrossFit!

Pricey comfortable hip well trained staff. Columbus first part day open resturant is trying hard to make the experience consistant no matter which place you dine. I have eaten at 6 locations here and a few more around the state and all the staff and menu items are consistently the same. Great work!

I have been this location so many times and food was good but today (August 21 Sunday )we came 4 people and one kid, everything taste was different nobody enjoy with the omelet and waffles it came cold and taste different but I believe it is just for today becouse last visits was always good

Enjoyed having breakfast at the Gahanna location. Waitstaff was pleasant and food arrived as ordered. Turkey sausage wasnt all that warm, but was good. I was very glad to see that the "to go" containers are now recyclable and are no longer styrofoam. Good job.

Ive been bringing my family here for many years and have not been to any other restaurant at this price point with better service. The food is always well above avg and the seasonal offerings are always worth trying.

Really great food. Very healthy. Something I never thought I would enjoy. Had a side of biscuits and gravy and French toast that had a a lot of fruit. Was kind of busy at the time. Servers looked a little lost.
