So...tonight my fiance and I went through the drive through at about 10:45, after we had both worked all day and just wanted to grab something quick and go home and we only live about 2 miles away from this burger king. When we get up to the window to pay for and receive our food, the girl that was there was shaking her head and rolling her eyes and blowing, so naturally I asked of there was a problem. Her response was yes and that it was because we came there so much. What? Are you joking? We wanted to grab a burger because I didnt want to cook when we got home. Excuse me for being exhausted. What other purpose does the drive through have? So by what that girl and another girl and a young boy had to say, or what we could understand in between cuss words, we werent supposed to eat there because my fiance had dated Jessica Sisk, one of the other girls that works there...almost a year ago! How Childish! Needless to say, we did not get our food and I called the Manager, after being denied being able to speak with her by the girl at the window, who blatantly told me that the reason for our harassment was because my fiance had in fact dated Jessica. Now what in the world does ordering a cheeseburger have to do with an ex-girlfriend? Again, needless to say, we will NEVER be going to this burger king again.

I would give this store a negative rating if possible. The store had wrong signage up in the drive thru. When we asked about the signage the manager, who refused to give us her name, said that we were running her drive thru times up and said she would call the police to move us if we didnt move. All we wanted was for the store to honor the pricing they had posted. She said it was up to the day shift tomorrow to change the signage but the promotion ended today. False advertisement and a lazy management staff makes for horrible customer service.

I dated a girl named Jessica Sisk that works there a year ago me and my fiance went through drive through tonight and got very poor service from her friends they got very rude with us did not give us our food this is unacceptable and childish drama me nor my fiance have ever said anything to anyone that worked there out of the way always been friendly we just live 2 miles from there and like Burger King and this is the kind of service all of the employees on the night shift gave us the manager would not even talk to us

If I could give no stars I would! I continue to give this BK a chance but today is the last time! I dont think they have ever got my order right in all the years I have been going (not offen). And orders arent "special" just straight forward off the menu! Hardly ever get good fries, almost always taste old or cold or both! Im done with this BK! Recommend not going and wasting your money!

We went to the burger king in Clyde, NC to get something to eat at 12:15am and they were closed and according to the internet they are suppose to be open until 1 am. We were not able to find anything else to eat near by so we were not able to get anything to eat for the night especially since we had a diabetic and a child with us. You need to check your hours on the internet and fix them.

The burgers are ALWAYS cold. The staff isnt terribly friendly and the wait time for your food rivals a sit down restaurant. This is the 3rd time that Ive gone there and had a cold burger! 3rd strike and youre out!!! The Burger King in Waynesville is much better than the one in Clyde, and they even have HOT food!!!!!

Waited at the counter for 4 minutes before anyone showed any interest in my being there. I placed an order that included a milkshake. With a giggle and a "sorry about that", I was told they couldnt make milkshakes at that time. Its a nice location, looks like it would be a good place to open a restaurant.

Poor customer service and the food is never even warm! What ever happened to a cell phone policy? The girl taking my order was listening to music so I had to repeat my order, the the girl at the window was texting while she handed me the food! This place is awful!

Went through drive thru to place my order, the lady taking the order wouldnt let me finish giving my order before cutting me off. Went to pay and asked if I could finish giving my Order. Cut off again. Worst customer service
