Horrible horrible service!!! They always arrive with your food way later than the time they tell you. I was told 25-30 minutes! I ordered food 1 hr 45 minutes ago and the guy just now arrived. Then to make matters worse they decided to print a receipt for the delivery guy that was $5 more than my total was when I asked for it after they took my order! VERY VERY VERY TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!!!! THE FOOD IS DEFINITELY NOT WORTH WAITING THIS LONG FOR. AFTER THE DELIVERY GUY ARGUES WITH ME ABOUT THE TOTAL, I TOLD HIM TO KEEP THE DAMN FOOD & HOW HORRIBLE IT WAS TO MAKE ME WAIT ALMOST 2 HOURS. THIS IS NOT THEE 1ST TIME THAT THEYVE BEEN HORRIBLY LATE EITHER. USUALLY 25-40 MINUTES LATE. IM DONE WITH THIS CRAP SERVICE. HOPE THIS HELPS MANY OF YOU OUT THERE SO YOU DONT END UP STARVING AND DISAPPOINTED AS WELL.

I have drove past this place for 3 years and while running errands came in to try them out. Oh God!!! The worst chinese food I have had in a long time! Had a toilet taste to it! The sweet and sour sauce is watered down horribly and drips right off of my sweet and sour chicken pieces. Not cool. The chicken in the fried chicken pieces are very light on chicken and the breading fried and bloated to appear bigger than it really is. I do not recommend. Sorry China King but you arent the king. You charge the same prices as other places that put their all into quality. Definitely needs to improve.

Horrid costumer service, I was going here for a while, Until now. First when I ordered online we told them to go to the back door, on top of the fact with the snow its pretty dumb to try to climb to the front door. Than when we had to walk around (the front door is blocked at the moment) to get the food the guy bitched about the snow, but right on the receipt it said use the back so apparently he doesnt read. Top it off, food was freezing and under cooked. Just not worth the headache anymore, save yourself some headache and go somewhere else!

Ive seen a lot of mixed reviews on here, and all I can say is theyre all mostly right. You just have to order food at the right time to get it really good, and the timing is hard to predict. The food used to be good, but quality has gone down a lot. Ive never done online orders or delivery, so I cant comment on that, but when I go there to place an order, I never wait more than 10mins. Today I ordered the mixed vegetables dinner combo, and its delicious......Ive ordered it other times and the flavor is off. Its russian roulette every time.

So disappointed! Great service but absolutely horrible food. The quality of the chicken is basically scrap meat. The sauce was very thin and had a strange taste to it. The egg drop soup is tasteless and hardly has any egg in it at all; its pretty much just liquid. Sadly, the only thing I could eat from my meal was the rice. Ordered for delivery and it was delivered within 1/2 an hour, but the food was cold, not even warm. Maybe it would have been better if we dined in, but due to this experience I will not be ordering from here again.

I walked in to pick up my online order and the girl behind the counter just goes "what did you order?" No kind greeting whatsoever. I told her my order and she told me a price different than what I was quoted online. I politely told her what I was quoted from the online price and not another word from her. She took my form of payment and just walked right into the back. No reason to come back here and deal with horrible service. Plenty of other similar restaurants in the area with much better service.

Food was absolutely terrible. Bland as can be and thinking the chef there has no idea what sauce goes with what. Ordered general tso and it had like an orange sauce with absolutely no heat. Only real taste I got was old fryer oil, and a little fish. (which is not even in the dish). Also should mention extremely frugal with soy sauce and even the two packs we got with our two meals was as cheap and bland as the food. Do not recommend, wish they would give me my money back lol. Avoid at all cost.

It has been a while since I bought food from China King, but I noticed that the food is not the same, there was good flavor the las time, but this time, the food was very bland, and actually, there was very little flavor at all. I was really looking forward to some general tso chicken, but ended up being disappointed with it, and the fried rice and egg roll, that came with the combo dinner was not good either. The prices are reasonable, but I wont be going back, after this experience.

If I could have given this place negative stars I would have. I ordered take out. They said 10 minutes I got there in 5 and my food was ready hum... it was cold over cooked and tasted like it had been sitting around for hours. Rice was mushy, chicken was dry and rubbery, broccoli hard like it was not cooked at all, egg roll was over cooked cold and VERY hard.

Not bad, but used to be better. loved this place as a kid, but it seems they have started to cut down on costs... the food is still okay. you generally have to wait for your food, like 10-20 minutes depending on the order. so order ahead of time. they always have coupons on their menus. they always give you soy sauce as well with your order.

The absolute worse Chinese food I have ever had! Taste like a horrible frozen dinner. the eggrolls were NOT eggrolls, they were made with some sort of cabbage. NO taste! everything was horrible. I threw out the entire dinner after tasting two bites of everything. I will NEVER go back, Mayflower or Bok ho are the best Chinese places to go to

I have been going to China King at least once a week for lunch for about 10 years. They have great Garlic Chicken, Pepper Steak, Almond Boneless - they give you a ton of food in their lunch specials. Everyone I recommend China King to loves it and has a favorite dish. The staff is very friendly and quick!

It was gross, I ordered the pepper steak and rice it was not real steak. It was soft and gooey instead of tender and it was a weird tan color instead of brownish like steak. I questioned if it was real steak and they gave back my money immediately, and to me that was questionable. I do not recommend it!

They have fast, friendly, and awesome service for delivery or pick up. The portions are big and the food is always hot. They have the best food around. If you want hot and fast Chinese food, this is definitely the place to go. Their delivery is great too.

I havent had anything from here that I didnt love! Fast and friendly service and excellent food and the food is always hot. The rangoons and golden finger (fried tempura chicken chunks) are awesome! Definitely the best in the area!

I have been ordering for the past 15 years. China kind is the best to me. I ordered faithfully during pregnancy. I was gone for 4 yrs in the Army and every state the same food taste different. This is my comfort food, like home.
