Please, Please check your order before you leave for a combination dinner order. I ordered a broccoli and chicken combination dinner. My dinner combination ordered of Broccoli and Chicken dinner was a disaster. My broccoli and chicken combination dinner was only eight small pieces of chicken and 10 individual small pieces of broccoli. When I called to speak to the manager about the broccoli and chicken dinner combination order that costed $8:45. the manager said. the broccoli and chicken dinner has small pieces in the dinner and he will not change the order. I told him if I wanted to pay $8.45 for mostly rice. I will buy a bag of rice and have enough money left over to buy chicken. It is not worth the price to have mostly rice and little broccoli and chicken.

the spiky haired chinese lady is rude, she said i have to ask for a fork and i spent $40, another occasion she said hurry up and order, another occasion she said ok sign my credit reciept because i looked at the menu again thinking about another add on then another occasion she said your foods ready with another man next to me, i go who me she said yes you ordered didnt you i said yes and so did he how do i know who your talking to with a glance and no eye contact or my name to the order.. she is rude as heck and the lunch special is such a tiny portion it looks like a kids meal.

Worst experience I have ever had in a restaurant. The spiky haired chinese lady was so rude to me. I asked her about her specials and she automatically caught an attitude and wasnt helpful. The prices are high for the amount of food that they give you. I called to complain about how little meat I received and the same rude lady hung up in my face. The manager justified his staff and terrible food by saying "weve been open for 40 years so we must be doing something right." WOW! I will never waste my money here again and I suggest no one else does.

I went there for the 1st time last Saturday and I really wanted some Chinese food and didnt want to go far.....its well lit so we stopped and both orders had shrimp and when you bit into the fried shrimp they had a smell to them as if they were spoiled and they were gummy and the shrimp in the shrimp fried rice was slimy and I threw both of the meals away and I wont be returning....it was around 8;30/9pm on a saturday and I spent $22.00 on food I was scared to eat

There is a classic Chinese restaurant in Redford I regularly go to called Happy Garden that looks like a perfect replica to Wah Hong. This includes the perfect service, outstanding food, and pleasant atmosphere. Today is Monday, so I understand why only one lady seems to be running the restaurant. If I ever return to this area, I will trust Wah Hong to treat me right.

I have been looking for a good backup asian restaurant and found it. Fried rice, sweet and sour chicken was all excellent and the General Tsos chicken some of the best I have had. Serving sizes were good and price is right. Dont be fooled by the location, this place is worth a try.

Food is okay not great but just okay. Service was okay, lady with the spike hair is just a little fussy I guess I think she takes the orders and help cook also, shes really a nice lady and funny. After a few words with her she was ready to amend the issue and she relaxed a bit.

I also had a run in with the spiky haired rude woman...wish i would have seen other post before going. She got loud with me because i asked her what vegetables were in some dishes because menu doesnt say, she told me she is busy and wont answer any more questions.

The red spikey hair woman is a witch! She has a terrible attitude, she is rude and disrespectful and lately the food is sub par. The wontons are mushy and the egg foo yong is always burnt Ive been going there for over 3 years, will not be going back there ever.

Service was very good. The food was decent...dont let the exterior fool you. The main reason we didnt rate higher...the food was swimming in sauce and we have eaten at better chinese food. But we would return if we were in the area.

I used to love the wonton soup been eating it for 20 years but last time i had it 2 weeks ago it was made different I threw it out horrible the wontons were horrible tasting wont be ordering from them no more
