Was highly disappointed with terrible customer service, if you would even call it that. Was quoted 25 minutes on a pizza, after 30 minutes I was told my pizza was still 5 orders away from being made! The people in front of me had already been waiting 40 minutes and the man in front of them had been waiting close to an hour! When I spoke to the manager for a refund, she was quite rude. Perhaps they should think about adequately staffing their restaurant on a saturday night and getting management into some sort of customer service training as they have lost me as a customer.

Pizza was soggy in between slices, you could tell the pizza had been sitting there for a while. I ordered 2 large, they gave me 3 mediums .....they ran out of large pan pizzas ..(smh).. really last time I checked when spending my cash I shouldve been given the option to choose. Oh yeah, I called of course I was told pizza had just came out of oven and every other excuse and I was given an 10$ credit for a free pizza.. its not free I paid for it. I said "OK, bye." Will not be returning to that location. Thank goodness for technology .. I shouldve checked the reviews.

A great staff waiting for you, and they will cooperate with you if your food is not exactly perfect. The salad bar offers a wide variety of toppings and dressing, and during the buffets, custom-made pizzas will be delivered, hot and fresh. A kid-friendly place, with balloon and magic day, this is definitely the place for a relaxed, family pizza night.

I love going to this location because I am familar with the wait staff and even know a few of them on a first name basis. When Im with my friend I always order the regular pan tossed because thats what she likes but their thin crust is the best because it gets crisp and its not soggy from all the sauce they put on it.

I went for the lunch buffet. They had only 1 waitress for the whole restaurant. I had to wait for half an hour for a seat. Moreover there was not that many varieties in the pizza. The pizza was also not upto the mark. On the whole this place is understaffed and i definitely would not go again.

Not great. Manager was rushed and rude. She seemed upset I had shown up two minutes early from projected time for carry out order. Then I waited fifteen more minutes past that. 40 min for two personal (6 inch) pan pizzas? Not busy either. 3 people in dining room.

Had to repeat my order several times over the phone. The waited over 30 minutes after the time that was quoted. Then we had to ask if our order was on the rack was our three times and the same pizza that was sitting there for over ten minutes was ours.

Poor service dined in and my table appeared clean but was truly filthy as I found that my glass was stuck to the table horrible service food only redeeming factor suggest carry-out only
