Food is good. Depending on what you get, it can be expensive. Service is usually horrible, but again, depends on who you get. They do not take reservations and will charge 17% tip on groups of... I think 4 or 5 or more on the bill automatically. I have no problem with tipping, its just that the service has been consistently horrible when I go. Ive lived in the area for 20+ years and have been going here every once in a while. For the past few years, I have had terrible service here consistently, but I keep going once in a while expecting the old waitstaff to have changed. They usually do change, but the new peoples service is equally horrible. One time, the waitress asked "does anybody need more cheese?" to which I responded "no, but could we have some more bread please?" and she scornfully remarked "Oh, yeah. Well, thats what I meant." The next time I went, another waitress was serving us and she forgot a soup for someone. When she brought it out, she was telling the person that he needs to order another soup so she wont get confused next time and that it was his fault that his soup didnt come out. I couldnt even understand if that was supposed to be some kind of joke because it wasnt funny and was offensive. Another time, it wasnt even closing time but because nobody else was in the restaurant, they tried to rush us out by telling us they were closing when there was still an hour left in normal business hours. This was while we were eating. I really hope the management would carefully review how their service operates because one thing you can always count on when going here is that there will be a new horrible story to add to your Olive Garden experiences. I cant wait to see what they do next. When youre here, youre family. OG.

When we first arrived there was a tray full of dirty dishes next to our booth. My husband asked one of the associates to move it and the tray was moved about two feet away from our booth. Our appetizer arrived and 2 out of the four plates were dirty, and obviously had to be sent back. The salad arrived and we received another dirty plate that again had to be sent back. So at this point Im really uneasy about staying here to eat because it is becoming clear that this location does not care about cleanliness and appearance. So our food comes, and yes the good was good, but I didnt enjoy it because in the back of my mind Im wondering if my plate was dirty before the food was placed on the plate. So I finally ask our assigned waitress if its their practice to leave a tray of dirty dishes just out in the open and she simply says "Its not mine" and walks away. So the tray just remained there throughout our entire time of us being there, from the time we arrived til the time we left. Needless to say, we will not be coming back to this Olive Garden location.

My boyfriend and I go to Olive Garden quite frequently because its something we can both enjoy as I am a picky eater. Today when I ordered my normal fettuccine alfredo I was extremely disappointed in the flavor and quite frankly, the smell was off too. Not in a sense that I thought it went bad, but in a way that didnt smell like alfredo. Obviously I sent it back. When our waitress came back she explained that they had run out of butter and that they had to supplement their normal butter for store bought, which caused the strange taste and smell to the sauce. Her manager then came out and comped the entire meal and asked us to come by for dinner tomorrow, to prove that they can live up to my expectations, and this was just a fluke. He was very sincere and apologetic and wanted very much to make sure that my boyfriend and I walked away from this experience satisfied. This establishment is amazing, and Id recommend it over any other Olive Gardens in the area for sure.

Eww, I didn't even dine in.... I placed a carry out! I walk up to the bar and wait 10mins until someone asked me if they can help me. Mind you their were 4 people behind the bar. One of them who was on her cell phone while eat strawberry and cherry was just staring at me. I believe her name was Liz. She was rude and discusting. She throw her "Newports" on the bar in front of me along with her purse just sitting on the bar. IT'S NOT YOUR HOUSE TO HAVE PERSONAL STUFF LAYING AROUND!! Another girl was eating chips and leaning on the wall. The chef comes out and pours liquor in his coke. All of this going on and talking about drugs and drinking. Wow!! I'm still shocked after see all this. PLUS THEY GOT MY ORDER WRONG! Still sitting here waiting, so I decide to write a review. Walked in at 9 lefted at 10. Only good thing about this place was a waiter named Jeff, who actually cared and toss in some bread sticks. It's the thought that counts.

My husband and I came in around 1pm today for lunch, there was no hostess at the door to greet us for at least a full min. When she did come from the back she walked nonchalantly toward us without saying a word grabbed the menus and dropped the menus on the table where we were suppose to be seated. Our waitress was friendly and that the only reason we tipped but not attentive enough. The water had debris and the glass felt oily to the touch. when we asked for a second glass and there was still debris. Our take home meal from the special was basically frozen...which was unexpected since we just had the special from a different location and it was hot. Overall worst experience from an Olive Garden so far.

My sister and I went here together for lunch last Thursday and when we arrived our first thing we saw walking in the doors were two hostesses leaning over on their elbows in front of their computers. They were chatting with each other and didnt acknowledge us for a minute. They seemed disengaged from doing their jobs and more interested in chit chatting. Our waitress, however, was awesome! I also wish their bread sticks were how they used to be. They are skinnier and harder than before.

we went there for lunch: the restaurant was very clean, wait staff was very friendly, no wait, it was fairly empty. All of us had the endless soup and salad which we got served right away and plenty of refills on soup, salad and bread sticks. One person had a "normal" salad with chicken which took a little longer so everybody else was already eating. Besides from that very positive experience.

The worst Olive Garden! So far my experience with other locations was good, but Ill never visit this one again. The "service" was so bad. It wasnt busy at all and it took over half an hour to serve chicken gnocchi soup with literally one gnocchi in it. It took another 20 minutes for the refill. We didnt get any new bread at all. The waitress wasnt attentive at all.

I ordered a pan of chicken Alfredo. They serve everything pasta chicken and sauce separate. Then bread sticks doesnt come with a pan of pasta. Olive garden isnt a real Italian place. So Im trying to figure out why do I have to put my meal together myself for an outrageous price. Order from a real Italian place, theyll actually put the meal together for you.
