DONT BUY A BLIZZARD CAKE HERE!! Went here to get my daughter a blizzard cake for her birthday. We bought her a Reeses cup blizzard cake. We get home and cut the cake and there is only about 1/4 inch of actual blizzard on the cake!!!! She was extremely dissapointed and I was angry because the cake cost over $27 dollars and there was about the equivalent of one small or medium at best amount of blizzard!! Complete rip off!! If it hadnt been so late and so far away I would have returned it. So if you want a blizzard cake go to a different location because whoever is making them in the Prospect location is ripping you off!! Also, the people working there ignored us for a good 5 minutes when we sat the cake on the counter to pay for it. There was one person waiting for food so they werent busy. They just didnt seem to care. Maybe they were ashamed to sell me the garbage cake they had made? Ill drive the extra distance to another location from now on. Id suggest you do the same!!

Clean facility, nice staff. This is your working mans DQ. Nothing wrong with that, just an observation. Even the customers were very polite, except for maybe one impatient customer in particular but this was easy to locate and everything was served fresh and promptly.

Staff awfully rude and staff member comes up and says why are you waiting when your already waiting for your food. Are you serious? Were waiting for are food that we bought. Thats what most people do after they order...they wait!

Incompetent staff cannot follow directions. I asked for mustard I get ketchup twice. Or ask for salt and aint get s***. Its like all Dairy Queens in town are going south with intellectual staff

Horrible experience every time. This time will be my last 50 kids just hanging out and the people at the window mustve thought I was a gang bsnger because thats how they spoke to me.

12 of my friends have all been pleased. only about 2 or 3 were disappointed. sometimes there are wrecks out front. the liquor store behind there is real nice too.

This place takes awhile like any DQ but overall just as good. Definitely faster to drive past the Crestwood one 20 minutes away and go here though.
