Used to be a fun place to take my kids. We went St Patricks Day (Friday) night. The doors were open and my kids went running in only to be told they were closed. Okay we get it, no way to predict that we were coming. Then today to try to make it up to the kids, they head in only to find staff cleaning and listening to music so loud that they couldnt speak to the worker at the counter. This was 1.5 hours before closing time. Staff acted annoyed and interrupted from cleaning. They wont be getting our business anymore!

Walked in 15 mins before closing and half the ice cream had been put away. A girl with multi colored hair explained they were closed. The sign says 8pm and my reciept time was 7:54. Her coworker made the right call and served us. Management needs to get their employees under control. This seems to happen alot.

Went there a week ago on Sunday, didnt have half the things on the menu. Customer service was terrible, they acted annoyed they had to work. Half the family got food poisoning from it.
