The ice cream itself was fine, it was tasty! But thats where the positivity stops. I just got back from this place and had a less than satisfactory experience. My friends and i walk in and we were excited to try the lucky charm ice cream. We had read about online. All 4 of us ask to try the ice cream, we were met with sigh and see she begrudgingly took out the spoons. Then her co-worker walked by and they both shared a very RUDE and UNNECESSARY side glance and eye-roll! After that we were very uncomfortable but we still wanted ice cream so we stayed. We asked questions about the different ice creams and she would give one word answers and it seemed like she just wanted us to leave. The customer service was NOT good. We were treated poorly and i dont think i will be returning and neither will my friends! I will not advise people to go there either. Get better customer service, this is your job! Weve all been there sorry if we inconvienced you with our business.

The flavors here are certainly unique, and its nice that they have more than one dairy-free option.... even if the ones that they have are less than inspiring. And theyre incredibly over priced for a very small serving (my small, and i mean small, cost nearly $4) and waffle cones cost over a dollar more to add..... yikes. The customer service is awful. I walked in around 3pm to an empty store, was not greeted by the two employees there at the front. I asked for a couple samples and it truly felt like I was a huge inconvenience to the older lady who helped me. She was very short with me, and I didnt feel welcomed at all. I quickly paid for my cup and left. I probably will never go back here, and frankly Im disappointed. As someone who is dairy-free, I like to have options! But this last visit left a bad taste in my mouth.

We live in the area and love the restaurants on Cherry St. This shop is trendy and clean. The idea is cool. The ice cream is okay (too sweet for me...) but there is ONE THING THAT MADE OUR FIRST TIME HERE OUR LAST TIME HERE. That one thing is this. We were treated terribly by the staff. The girl in the black beanie was very rude. The menu was not prominant and when I asked a simple question about the pricing and cone options she gave a frustrated gesture to the board behind me. I saw the prices, ordered and then found out that price indeed did not include a cone which is what my question was about. She acted as if she didnt want us there but they took our $20. There was no welcoming feel whatsoever. I guess Ill never understand businesses that treat customers this way. Ill never go back and Ill spread the word.

We went there after dinner last weekend. Walked in and no customers in the shop, and 4 people behind the counter. Two of them stared at us, the other two kept talking - nobody said hello or asked if they could help. Was our first time there so we were asking questions, and could barely communicate with these non verbal kids. Ice cream was bland and overpriced - $15 for 3 cones seemed a bit excessive for watery flavored ice cream. The waffle cones were the redeeming factor - everything else a bust. We wont be back.

There are two places I want to go for the best ice cream in town, and this is one of them (the other is Loves in the Downtown Market). Furniture City Creamery always astounds me with their amazing flavors, excellent quality ice cream, and a line of people overflowing out the door. The establishment is rather small, but they do have a small back patio to sit in. You will not be disappointed if you go here, a must visit for ice cream in the summer!

Love this place!! Vegan and gluten free options offered. Great quality ingredients and delicious taste. Yes it is a little more expensive than any ice cream shoppe but the trade off is locally sourced, high quality ingredients with a fresh and delicious taste. I will pay a little more for that and the fact that many other ice cream shoppes do not offer dairy free options.

This place has ice cream with the best flavor that you will find in the city; they are all strong and natural. The value could be better, you dont get a large portion for what you pay. Id probably go 4.5 stars it that was an option but Im just too cheap. Other places provide a slightly inferior product but give you 3 times as much for the same price.

The ice cream was fantastic, but their cones, not so much. If you like sea weed chips then you like their cones. I also didnt know where to park and they made me spend all my money. I will however probably go back because their ice cream was good, BUT I WILL BE GETTING A BOWL.

Awesome place! Ordered the van donut ice cream cone with two scoops. The ice cream was good but the cone was my favorite part. Hand crafted and delicious. They have a few vegan options as well but I havent tried it. Will come back again. Spent 5.95 for double scoop cone.

Appreciate the attention to detail on the ingredients and the care for quality. The texture is similar to Cold Stone style ice cream, which is not my favorite, I prefer a denser homemade Ice Cream. The chocolate sauce is truly a treat. The service was great.

My favorite place to get ice cream in Grand Rapids. They are constantly updating their flavors and offer the best vegan options Ive had. It can get busy but thats always a good sign and the staff has always handled the rush with a smile.

A bit over-priced, but they do have great vegan options and lots of unique flavors. I find the inside to be a bit overwhelming (its very cramped), but I love the back patio and that everything they give you is compost-able.

Unique flavors of ice cream, not your typical chocolate and vanilla. Absolutely delicious and satisfying to the sweet tooth. Great place both children and adults can enjoy. Small yet cozy set up. Thumps up!

My 9 year old son has had a lot of ice cream in his short life. A few bites into the cookie dough he looks up and says with a stone serious expression, "dad, this is the best ice cream Ive ever had."

Funky place in a Funky part of a Funky town. You gotta love it. And it does have some cool ice cream flavors that you wont find other places. Theres a place to sit outside that welcomes pets.

Yes, the ice cream was good. Too expensive, portion size way too small for the price. Not a lot of flavors or options. I dont think Ill go back. Four bucks for a meager scoop just isnt worth it.

My first visit was today after lunch. I had the root beer float and salted caramel. This was the best icecream ever!!! Furniture city has ruined all other icecream for me!!!
