The cake I ordered online for fathers day was not even available at this particular location. Apparently the online ordering system "has some kinks to be worked out". Well now I dont have a fathers day cake and when I asked to be refunded my money and just take a generic cake I was told they cant give me anything for free. This was possibly the worst customer experience of my life. I will never be back and I suggest you all stick to DQ.
