I went in today for my two daughters for the first time bc a lady gave me a coupons for two scoops of ice cream for $1.99 and after I got two scoops of ice cream in a cones for both of my daughters the tall lady told me that they had other special deals today for the 31th and that I couldnt use that coupons, however the coupons expiration date was until today. Not only she charged me for $8.49 instead of $4.00 and I asked her why is it twice as much but her answer was "you already saved enough today" she walked away after I payed. she was very disrespectful and the ice cream was melting from every side already especially when she was scooping it out . I will never be back and they need to treat their new customers respectfully and better.no wonder that place had barely any customers.

I bought my daughters 1 birthday cake from this place and told the workers on saturday night that it was for Monday I was just going to order the cake but was told that the cake would be just fine if I put it in the freezer I went home and did then today Monday morning I go to get the cake and it was somewhat melted so I called the store and told them what had happened and the they said that if it was in the freezer then it should be fine and that I had done something wrong he was not going to help or fix nothing was very nasty about the whole thing I paid 40.00 dollars for my daughters 1 st birthday cake and now we dont have one. ... very rude and unwilling to help fix the problem in anyway....

We were stuck in the usual rut of fro-yo bars and blizzards and were looking for something different. We actually joked about this place even being in business still, because weve been in the neighborhood for 6 years without stopping in. Well we decided to stop in for a few scoops and quickly realized we lost 6 years of ice cream bliss, with no way to recover that time! Now, were back every Sunday night at least attempting to regain a small part of what was lost. Staff is great, owner is courteous, and well, the ice cream is fantastic!

Their prepackaged quarts selection at this location are limited every time I go there, but the ice cream is special. The mint chocolate chip for example uses chocolate flakes rather than chunks and it makes the texture more enjoyable for me. The rainbow sherbet, strawberry, and pistachio ice creams are wonderful.

Every time I go here they are out of World class chocolate. Went here today and it was filthy! My feelings werent hurt when I left empty handed. I went to the one on Westport Rd. Theyre clean and always have plenty of World class chocolate.
