I eat ice cream most everyday and wish i lived closer to the best ice cream I have ever had. I have been in every state and cant think of any ice cream better than Tic Toc. Rum Raisin is my favorite. The peach tastes like homemade that we used to make in the crank machine. All their ice craem is g r e a t.

OK, you love Ice Cream and have recently moved to the area but have not found a good Ice Cream parlor yet. Your search is over, this is the place you want to go. Very good Ice Cream with a wide variety of flavors, and the greatest selling point for me, is they have the usually elusive flavor, Rum Raisin.

Good variety of ice cream.. in a cool location in downtown Loudon.. sitting outside to eat would be much better if the testerone-laden dudes in their vehicles werent trying to impress us all with their awesome wheels.. Suggestion: eat inside!

Homemade, creamy, delicious, excellent quality.... Better than Mayfields and that is very very difficult for any East TN resident to admit. The flavors of Banana Walnut, Peach, and Coconut Almond Chip (like an Almond Joy) are all incredible.

I love the Mountain Berry ice cream, and I am always disappointed when they are out. The other flavors they have are just ok. Their ice cream is VERY creamy and rich (not necessarily sweet), so be prepared for that.

The ice cream is good ill give them that. A little over priced for what you get. The last time I was in there it seemed like it was hotter inside than it was outside. They only had one kid working the counter.

Stop in for a rich and creamy in house ice cream. The blackberry cobbler is definitely worth the calories! Great spot to get a cone and take a walk along the historic main street.
