My family waited at the donut side for 5 mins as people came in after us and were served first. The whole time the 2 employees stared at us and disnt help us. So i said, hey can we order something from here or nor not? Her name started with a K and she was rude and short with us the entire time. She disnt wear gloves and had open sores and gcuts on her hands. It was discussing. No body smiled the entire time. Then another employee comes in. She was African-American and starts cussing up a storm about her phone. I had 2 kids with me. I was pissed. I recommend everyone to stay away feom here. Its not family friendly amd all the employees are unhappy. And tbey didnt even have walffle cones. You cant be an ice cream shop and not carry the best of cones. I always loved baskin robins as a kid, but wow what a let down. If this was my store i would be pissed.

I have went twice now to try and give them a chance! The first time the employees were rude and were talking to their friends ignoring customers, i had to repeat my order, a banana split, 3 times because he was talking to his friend and had to ask me"what was that again" 3 times. then it took him twice to make it, forgot the banana in the first one.Last night it was 8:30 and they were already closing, they only had 9 flavors, were out of chocolate, the employees were extremely rude. One was complaining about customers coming in and how she couldnt stand it. When I asked who the owner was they were not sure. I definitely will not be going back, I had Baskin Robbins where I use to live and went there all the time, you never got treated that way! I would have gave it a zero but it wont let you so that is the only reason the even have 1 star.

Dont stop here. Sad representative of the baskin robins franchise. My family and i habe been here twice over the past 2 months. Each time they are out of waffle cones and the machine is broken. They were out of brownies today too. Oh, and we got served our icecream in lids for the second time. Plus the workers were rude with not just us but other customers. I will not ever be back to this location. The nearest dairy queen is 2.5miles and an 8 minute drive located at 2800 Florida-77 Lynn Haven, Florida 32444. Worth the drive.

I went in tonight and waited 10 mins and was never greeted or acknowledged. When I left, I tried to call the store to complain as I was headed to another ice cream shop (one that actually wanted my business by the way) and the phone rang 15 times with no answer. I now know why there wasnt a soul in the store. The customer service is non existent. I am only giving one star because I cant give lower. It definitely does not deserve the one star.

I called a day in advance to get a fathers day cake and they said i didnt need to order one that they would hold one for me and thay i could pick it up on fathers day. When i went to pick it up the lady at the counter looked at me like i was stupid and said that they didnt have anymore that you had to order them. So i am very disappointed.

I used to love coming here but every time I do now, they NEVER have ANY of my favorite flavors, just nasty kid flavors. I understand if one isnt there thats cool but they always say theyll have some next week and they never do lmao and most of the employees are so rude

Dirty store. Not sure if we caught them after a rush however we are the only customers in here now and there has been zero attempts to clean the inside dining area. They are also out of sugar and waffle cones....an ice cream shop out of two cones. Tisk.

This marks the first time Ive ever been to a Baskin Robbins that didnt have pralines and cream or mint chocolate chip. They had less than 20 flavors. They were still running ads that expired over a month ago.

The store is a hybrid store with a Dunkin Donuts and Baskin-Robbins you employed one person at five oclock on a Saturday afternoon at the very tail end of April the young man was buried he couldnt do anything.
