Every time I order pizza from pizza hut in harlan I ask for well done and its never well done last time I ordered I asked them if they could put it back in the over and she told me the bottom cant get well done if you order extra cheese on it so I ended up bringing it home and putting it in the over myself but when Im out of town and order its always well done. So I just cant eat from pizza hut in harlan.

Ordered food took it about an hour and a half to get to us...And it was cold and the cheese bread sticks we ordered were cold and were not done they were not baked all the way..they were nothing but dough !

The staff was very polite and informative. The facility was clean and modern. The booths where clean, but the bottom where sliced and had to be cleaned before I would sit down.

The food is always great at this location but it really needs to update their services and include a delivery option like most other Pizza Huts do.
