This place is getting pretty bad. I paid for over $9 for 5 pieces of General Tso chicken and 6 pieces of sweet fire chicken. The rest of the box was filled with rice. Then the staff placed the box on a little scale. After carefully observing the weight, he took 1 piece of my precious chicken out. I finally got my 10 pieces of chicken only to find out that 2 of them were burned. RIP Panda.

It is always sooo good! The employees are all very friendly and at least act like they really enjoy their job. I once forgot my wallet which was very embarrassing and one of the employees just gave me the food and told me not worry about it! It was customer service at its finest. This is the only place in the mall that I eat at!

Twice in a row they have forgotten to put something Ive ordered into the bag at checkout. Not to mention you can hardly understand what the employees are saying most of the time. The food is good but the service is horrible!

Sometimes Panda Express just hits the spot...Especially when you need a quick bite to eat before you head to the movies. The Orange Chicken was delicious and the fortune cookies are (almost) always accurate.

This is fast food chinese so if you are looking for a gourmet or authentic chinese meals this isnt the place. That said, I am in love with their orange chicken, sweet fire chicken, and honey almond shrimp.
