DO NOT GO TO THE Saigon Cafe location at- 5530 Windward Parkway ALPHARETTA GA 30004. The WORST customer service ive ever experienced. These employees including their manager were extremely RUDE. After ordering a boba tea i found that the tea contained rock hard tapioca and after discovering this while drinking the tea i was told not only i couldnt exchange i also couldnt get a refund... Completely unacceptable as boba tea is enjoyed with tapioca. The drink was wasted and undrinkable due to their extremely poor level of food prep and helpfulness. Absolutely horrid employees working there- as an Asian person im horrified, appalled and embarassed at their behavior towards their customers. I RATE THEM NO STARS.

I ate lunch there with my friends, using the restroom. When i was passing by the kitchen door on the right connected between the dining area and the kitchen, I stopped for several seconds because i saw a cook dropping food on the floor and was trying to pick it up, using his fingers to clean it and put it back to the bowl. Luckily, I finished eating. I told all of my friends about this and we never come back there again. From now on, we try to go to Buford hwy to eat because there are many selections there. You should try there. I already recorded a video and will post on YouTube and Facebook soon. Search for Saigon cafe on Youtube and you will see the video.

I will first start by saying I barely mention or see race in any issue. But this time I have to ask myself. Why was I being a table on the far hidden corner where no customer after me was given a seat? It really feels uncomfortable being segregated from other customers. Reminds me of sad time where a certain group of people could not be seated in certain areas. This is not a luxury restaurant or anything like that. But I expect the minimum of customer care and respect. You have lost a customer for ever. Couldnt even finish my dinner... Smh.

I know people that love this place. I am still trying to find something that knocks my socks off. The food seems to be good but a little too sour for my taste. Thus far I have had the sesame chicken and broccoli chicken. I liked the broccoli chicken better than the sesame chicken. I was taken aback that despite the appearance in the menu that the sesame chicken was breaded. The egg drop soup was really sour. So it was good and I will continue to find my favorite meal. The menu is huge so it may take me a while.

I went there for dinner. Food was ok. Service was good. I used the restroom, passing by the kitchen door and saw a cook trying to taste food from a customers order by using his fingers. I know it is not an open kitchen, but there was enough space from the door for me to catch him doing that. It was disgusting. Dont eat there again. I also posted it on Yelp. Some of my coworkers had bad reviews about this place, but owner paid Yelp to remove.

It took 10 min to get my water, 8 more minutes for the first appetizer, 15 more minytes for the second appetizer, and 13 more min for the entree which was burned. We order the chow mein and they told us it was crispy but that was not how it looked like on the photo in the menu and it was so "crispy" it was black in some parts. Also the beef tasted like it was rotten, not the sauce or veggies, just the beef. Never coming back!!

Service was excellent, but food has too much MSG. After eating lunch there, I had headache, flushing and sweating. I thought that i ate something that i am allergic to and went to Dr office. Finally, my Dr found out that i was allergic to MSG. I wish I would have asked them before eating. If you are allergic to MSG, dont ever go there. My review was removed by Yelp because the owner paid Yelp to do it. Dont trust Yelp any more.

My family and I like this place. Not sure what the bad reviews are about. Its not the restaurants fault if your allergic to MSG and dont know it and dont tell them. We always get seated immediately and our food has always appeared in a reasonable amount of time. This place is good and much more reasonably priced than Nahm. The Atmosphere is a bit lacking which is the only reason I give it 4 instead of 5.

I hade a rare beef rice noodle soup and the beef had a smell. I called the manager and told him about the meet and I end up with a $2 discount and the hole restaurant crew was arguing with me about it. I have to mention I am a regular costumer for the last 3 years and this was my first time making a complain and this is what u get as appreciation.Will never go back! Very bad service!!

I walked in 9:45pm and they close at 10pm. I dont know what the service Is like during the day is like but the Phó Gà (chicken soup) was delicious. Tré closed and they were pretty good. East Asia grill doesnt make good Phó. Saigon fills my need as a consumer of mass quantities in the Alpharetta area. First impression was great so I hope its equally enjoyable the second go round.

I went there for lunch and it was very crowded. I had to wait for 15 minutes and used the restroom before sitting down. I used toilet stall. There was a cook coming in a hurry to urinate and left without washing his hands because he did not know i was there. It happened once before to my friend and he wrote a review, but never saw on Yelp.

Some dishes were ok but nothing more than ok. Nice service, reasonable price. Stick to the Vietnamese food. Restaurant appears to be Chinese (Cantonese) owned or staff. They did not understand my Vietnamese. Ordered Thai dish as well and it was well below average. Also they use MSG.

Its not as good as it used to be. Its sad. Because they used to make really good broth and the service used to be really good and the last couple times we went the servers were not good. Food was just OK. I hope they fix it because we miss having a close Vietnamese restaurant to go to.

I went there for lunch during the week. It was crowded. i used the sitting toilet and saw the cook was in a hurry to leave the restroom without washing his hands. The service was excellent and the food was good. I took off 2 stars because of this incident. I may not come there again.

Somewhat rude customer service but it is expected fir this type of restaurant. Taste of pho is horrible compare to other Vietnamese restaurant in Doraville area. This place has advantage of monopoly because there are no authentic Vietnamese restaurant around here.

The service is very good. Attentive staff who learn your name. This is my friends favorite place so I go often. food is good but could use more lime in the Tom Yum. Thai Tea with tapioca is the best ever. Phad Tai is good and basil spring rolls are excellent
