Worst service from manager itself, bad attitude towards customers, horrible experience ever.. i couldnt resist myself writing after what we experienced today. manager and other couple of employees started insulting us when 4 of us walked in and sat at an available booth. They said that they have seen 3 other guys walked in with us and pretended as we are 7 together and split into two different tables just to skip the gratuity which is 18% (charge for 6 or more people).. i first laughed listening to their cooked up story and started explaining that it is purely coincidence, but the manager was not ready to listen and still wants to charge gratuity or else he wants us to leave.. manager said they have seen us in cameras that we were talking to those 3 guys, but when we asked them to prove, they hesitated to show any footage to us (clearly they are lying at this point ) i got pissed and said i can even pay 50% gratuity because its not the matter of money here but your behavior towards customer. We faced humiliation and finally left the place without further conversation. I suggest manager go and double check your cctv footage atleast you would realize what actually happened and who is right. Finally congrats that you have lost 4 customers

I normally dont give bad reviews to any restaurant and usually love going to BWW, but not this location anymore! I used to be going there with friends for the last 4.5 yrs...but recently things have changed.... Horrible service when I visited this last week. KIMBERLY W was slow, unfriendly,0 for customer service,attitude driven (dont work in customer service if you have to show all that attitude) and didnt smile once. Took her 30 minutes to swipe my credit card. The place was pretty empty and still the service was horrible ....our table was charged with a 6+ person group gratuity charge although we were 4 and 2 kids in which one was 9 months old and didnt even eat anything.I asked for the manager, he rudely came over and told us the extra charge was staying, even though our receipt said guests. Food was bland, and extra charges for ranch and even dry carrot sticks. Certainly wont be going back to this Bdubs!

Service was terrible. Our waiter was very rude, impatient and intimidating. He was very obviously annoyed at the fact that my friend and I had never been to BWW before and therefore needed time with the menu. He offered to get our drinks first while we look at the menu but then informed us that the fountain drink machine was pretty much across from our table and that hed only be a minute so wed better be ready by then. I thought he was joking until he brought the drinks and it upset that we hadnt figured out what we wanted in the 30 seconds he was gone. He said hed give us a few more minutes and didnt come back to the table for nearly 15 minutes. A different waiter took our order instead. The original waiter came to the table and got mad at us, "I told you I would give you a few minutes. You couldnt wait for me to come back?!"

The saving grace of this location is its staff, truly caring and courteous, an example to culinary institutes. Unfortunately, as a food business, they lack in the category of food quality. The food is alright, it will sustain you and left overs are ok. The food is not the quality for which they charge, it is bar food, not restaurant quality. The fact that they charge restaurant prices, than charge me extra for sauce and celery with my wings, its not the B-dubs I remember growing up. Maybe if the company focused more on their customers, and less on paying for NFL adds, they would have happier customers. I hope this franchise turns it around, I will not return for some time. I spent $80 for two to eat a sub-par bar meal, bar Louie is about 50 feet away and Blackrock is across the street, both cost less and produce better food.

You really cant go here and expect to get a quick lunch and get back to work promptly. Lets face it, most Bdubs I go to arent known for their fast service. I really dont understand what takes so long to microwave a bunch of wings? Anyways, today was no exception. Arrived at 12:10pm, sat ourselves and took about 5 minutes to get noticed. Ordered drinks and food right away knowing we only have an hour for lunch. Our table of 4 didnt get our food until 12:55pm. Hard to enjoy lunch when you have to basically scarf your food down. I felt even worse for a young woman and her two kids - who had ordered before us and still hadnt gotten her food when we were rushing to leave. This place is horribly mismanaged, and we wont be back here anytime soon. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere for food.

Ive been to this B-Dubs a few times, so its about time I left a review. Stopped in for some Lunch today with some co-workers and we had a very pleasant experience. The host and server were friendly and more than happy to put up with our shenanigans (bonus points!). As always, I had the 8 Boneless Wings lunch special with potato wedges instead of fries. As far as the wings go, you cant go wrong with the Spicy Garlic sauce. Pro Tip: When ordering wings, always ask for an extra side of ranch as one is never enough. The food came out in a timely fashion and our collective meals were delivered exactly as ordered. The dining room was lively, but that just added to the overall ambiance and experience. Already thinking about when we can go back and do it all over again.

The wings were old, cold and chewy. I asked if the wings were fresh and just cooked and the waitress said sometimes they keep them in a drawer. She had "fresh" ones cooked, but these too were terrible. Most likely fresh from the drawer. The breading was hard and the food just tasted old and nasty. I used to love BWW for years but I have had a similar experience before. I can find much better food anywhere else and for less too. The beautiful waitress, games and TVs cant make up for the dumpster dinners. Im committed to NEVER going back to ANY Buffalo Wild Wings ever again. It just is what it is. I was in the for business on travel and I regret wasting one of my meals at this place. Save yourself from a most depressing dining experience.

This place was downright awful. An unbelievably terrible experience. DO NOT COME TO THIS PLACE! First off we got there around 3 pm on a Wednesday and there was probably TWO other tables occupied in the entire atrium. We waited more than an hour for our food and we were only a party of 4??? The waiter did not come by except for when he dropped off our food and never refilled our cups. The place is so dark inside when you walk out you are completely blinded by the light. The wings? WINGS YOU ASK? Well the wings were unbreaded and looked like they were sitting out for 10 minutes until the waiter(Justin) decided to bring them out. WORST EXPERIENCE AT A BDUBS EVER! Livonia BDUBS > Novi... as a matter of fact ANY BDUBS > NOVI.

The manager said he will deny service to any body and is willing to kick me out or anybody for just any reason. Also my friend who is 21 years of age want to order a simple here to enjoy this fights but he presented a green card and he is racist people would not except his green card because he is Russian and I believe it is because America and Russia are having conflicts so it proves that he had some racism in him he also said that is not worth him paying bills for my drink and losing a job so when he said unless my friend would like to pay his bills for the drink my friend pondered it and said yes I can pay her bills and the waitress and fricken restaurant
