Absolutely the worst service Ive ever had and we will not be going back. It took 15+ minutes for anyone to come to our table. When the server came, we gave the full order in hopes food would come out faster. Our soup and bread sticks came out 20+ minutes later. Another 15-20 minutes later a different server brought our Entrée but still no Appetizer OR drinks. She graciously had someone bring us water. The original waiter came back to check on us and didnt realize our Appetizer hadnt come so she disappeared to find it only to come back 15+ minutes later With an explanation but no apology. Another 20 minutes had passed still no Appetizer and at this point the manager had been informed of what was going on and we were offered the Appetizer to be removed from our bill but the manager relayed this to the server and didnt bother to come to the table. She would look at our table but never walked over. Poor communication and leadership skills. The only apology we received was " Im sorry you had sub par service today ". Take responsibility. If you do a bad job own up to it and be better next time. Dont spread blame to others, youre the one serving us. And to the manager.... We dont use the kiosks because if I come to a restaurant with servers I expect to be served. Human interaction. I dont need to put my feedback on a little kiosk, I would have told you in person if you would have taken the time to come to our table and check on us.

Very poor service and rude people at the host stand. I went to this location with my family for a birthday celebration. It was horrendous. They were rude from the beginning and would not allow me to make a reservation because they dont take them. When I got there, they told us it would be a long wait because of all the reservations. What?!? It seems that they seat who they want to seat and engage in discriminatory practices. There were many people with large parties that were seated before us and did not have a reservation. To say I am highly disappointed is an understatement. When I tried to talk to the evening manager, she had a big attitude problem. The hostess must have rolled her eyes enough times to where I thought they would get stuck in that position. Her co-host at the host podium kept laughing, as if anything was funny. The least Olive Garden can do is hire people who are mature. We were regular customers and will never go here again. Additionally, we spoke to 3 other families and discussed our experience. We will all pick another location and not this racist one. I can see why Darden restaurants is struggling. You dont need to think about how you can promote your food. Customer service and the people you hire are your real issues, Olive Garden.

The bad rating is no reflection on the location or the staff... its just that Olive Garden has, over the years, become basically Italian fast food. They started to skimp on the salads (youre lucky to get a half of a bowl), and now (at least at the three locations Ive been to in the last year), they get really stingy with the breadsticks. Three for a two person table, and anytime you want more you hear "theyre in the oven." This happens so consistently that I dont blame the location, as I suspect this to be a company wide policy to slow-roll the breadsticks. The overall food quality has become quite poor, and the pasta tastes like precooked noodles that are heated up. The only reason I go is because my wife "loves the breadsticks," but as of this last visit, even she doesnt think its worth the bother. Ah well...

I would rate this 0 if Google allowed it. I went here to celebrate a special location with my family, and the service was horrific. Our horribly rude server, Brenna was very unwelcoming, and she made us feel unwelcome. My father asked for no ice in his water after my mother, and she said, "You want it too?" She said it very rudely and sarcastically. Countless times when we wanted to share, and even when we werent going to, when we asked for something, she said, "As long as your not sharing," while rudely grimacing. Another server we asked to get marinara and later the manager, he pathetically strolled around for no reason, and didnt do anything. I would not want you and your family to get so hurt, embarrassed, and disrespected as mine.

I ordered online and went to pick up my food, I was even a little late getting there. I let the front desk know I was picking up and she told me where to stand. I was standing for about 5min when I looked around to find a chair to sit down. While I was sitting and waiting an employee came rushing out from the back and started arguing with another employee at the front. When that awkward convo ended the employee up front started making loud comments like "I dont care, they can wait". I looked at my phone and seen I had been sitting now for 10 min. I noticed a waitress apologizing to some other guests about something. I decided to just walk out and not waste anymore of my time at this unprofessional establishment.

My dining experience was great! My waitress, Courtney, was amazing! She was very nice, attentive, & I never had to ask for anything because as soon as I thought it she had done it already. My drinks were refilled promptly, my food served hot and I couldnt have asked for a better experience. I almost didnt come to this restaurant because of all the previous bad reviews I read on here but Im so glad I did. I figured that ppl who have bad experiences typically comment more than those who had good experiences so I took my chances.

Loved our visit for my birthday. Raphael was our waiter at the Novi, MI restaurant. Hes what made our dinner great. We had a wine tasting and ordered wine. He was patient with my husband taking his time looking at the menu. Our appetizers were great and our meal didnt come before we were through with them. Our drinks were always full, and we never were in need for anything. The food was great! Raphael made my day. 8/13/2017.

I ordered Chicken Alfredo and it was by far the worst I have ever eaten, full of margarine that does not taste good and despite all the margarine it was dry, the chicken also tasted really bad. In addition, the amount of soup was ridiculously small. Now I have been in a different olive garden before (in Orlando) and the food there tasted much better than this one

Great visit, we were celebrating a high school graduation.. The waitress was efficient and friendly. However, we ordered a calamari appetizer but when it arrived it appeared to be a 1/2 size smaller that the usual size. We mentioned to the waitress but she commented that she didnt eat calamari.

Food is good. Was really business this time I think they messed up my drink and got tired of trying to explain how the picture shows its made because of the lack of mint sprinkles and it was missing flavor. It was expensive and didnt want to wait forever for it to be made again.

Hands down the best Olive Garden my chicken was so crispy on the chicken parm and spin dip was so hot it burned my damn tongue, breadsticks slap your socks off, hot soup. Richard was a great server, super polite and quick, I drink water like a fish and my cup was never empty.
