While many may down CiCis pizza as a lack-luster all-you-can-eat buffet, Ive found that its all in your approach to their menu. The salad bar, pizzas, and staff add up to an excellent value. When in doubt, get creative. The offerings on the salad bar are usually fairly fresh. Sometimes during peak business the lettuce doesnt get changed quickly enough. Still, it offers a decent amount of variety for a reasonable price. The pizzas they serve may not win you over from your favorite pizzeria, but they will keep you coming back when you need a quick and inexpensive meal. Whether it is take-out or buffet, youll be hard pressed to find a better deal for your money. Until Pizza Hut opens up a buffet in your town, CiCis has the market cornered on all-you-can-eat pizza. Plus you can take the buffet with you in the form of five slices of your choice, a drink, a couple of breadsticks or a dessert for $5. I think my favorite thing about CiCis is how the staff remembers you if youre in often enough. Every time I swing by, I ignore the buffet and go straight to a crew member and they know exactly what I want. I order the same pizza, one that isnt on the menu, and they give me a smile and prepare it exactly the way I like. CiCis always gives me what I want. Thats the key to keeping me as a return customer. If you get bored with what they have on the buffet, menu, take-out, and such(which theyre bringing chicken wings now and Ill have to try those); create your own. Get that whole supreme pizza, no cheese, with extra hot sauce, delivered to your table until you cant eat anymore. CiCis has got your appetite covered.

Seems like theyre under new (and inexperienced) management. I havent been here since they made everything disposable, with the exception of the plates. But this change is nothing compared to the crazy notion that someone can come in here expecting a "pizza buffet" and for the last hour or so, Ive seen barely any pizza. Certainly none I would eat myself, or give the kids I have with me. We have a whole table full of people who come here for the macaroni and cheese pizza, and there wasnt a slice to be found. Even after asking if one could be made up, as Ive done in the past, and this time being told no. Even as Im writing this, there are echoes of people saying the same thing as me. And a line forming waiting for pizza. You would think that with the cutbacks theyve saved in man power after discontinuing the service where an employee goes around collecting your trash, and also the money theyre saving on dishwashers since they switched to plastic and paperware, would ultimately influence better pizza and service. Crazy thinking perhaps, either way, I wont be suggesting CiCis of Grand Blanc to anyone anymore.

New management sucks! They changed just about everything I liked about the place... They had metal forks and spoons now they have plastic could barely eat a salad without the fork breaking and bending while trying to eat a cherry tomatoe. The guy that usually comes by with the cart to nicely pick up your trays and scraps like a buffet is supposed to do is no longer a thing. Now they have a bin you put your scraps/trash in and plates you take care of yourself. The spot you put your dishes was so over loaded almost to the point it was about to fall onto the floor thats sad...on top of all that the prices have gone up to almost 7$ a person without a pop! Also had a line of people waiting to get more pizza I sat in line for a good 20 minutes before the pizza I wanted came out. The place is just going down hill I hope it goes back to the way it was soon or else they will go out of business the way they are running it now ...

Used to love it. Now, the employees are rude, the place SMELLS like a sticky, dirty 2 year old. It feels every bit as dirty in there, makes you not want to touch anything. The bathrooms arent any better, they looked exactly how youd think they would. The area around the soda station is sticky and dirty, the tables are still greasy after being "washed" and they only ever have the most basic pizza ready (cheese and pepperoni) I asked for supreme and was told they dont make supreme. We were there for over an hour, and there was never anything fresh at the pizza bar. The worst part? As the quality has gone down dramatically, they raised the price of the Buffett. The new management needs new management. We gave it 2 chances after we noticed how bad it was getting, thought maybe they werehaving an off day. Thats not the case. We wont be returning until we start seeing positive reviews again.

Ok...I was never really big on this place but when your trying to feed 3 kids on a budget. It was a cheap decent place to go that filled them up. After not coming here for awhile we decided to head back. The prices are still the same ($5-6/person) but now there are paper cups and plastic silverware! And the employee that walks around and cleans our table is no longer employeed. We have to clean our own table now. Cleaning up after myself isnt the problem. I think someone probably lost their job, but I cant say for sure. Its the insurmountable amount of waste they are producing by have disposable cups and silverware that bothers me the most! Theres no way its cheaper to constantly buy disposables than to wash cups, bowls and silverware. Buffets should not be allowed to produce the kind of waste this is creating! Take care of our #earth #cicis

Went for my sons birthday with my family, one of which was vegan. Drove all the way from Lansing. Their crust, and red sauce is vegan friendly. So that was a plus. Paid for the rest of the family, and also paid to put in a special order for a separate vegan pizza. 30 minutes later they hadnt even put the pizza in the oven. 15-20 minutes after that. Everybody is done eating, and the vegan pizza comes out made incorrectly. They did finally make another one correctly, but not before my oldest daughter got to watch everyone else eat, and being forced to sit hungrily for an hour and 10 minutes or so. Game room consisted of one driving game that costs a dollar to play, and the rest of the room is full of claw type rip off games. Have been to other Cicis establishments. This was the worst by far. I see why they are all closing down in Michigan.

I was here last year in July 2016. I used to go every week as I lived close by. Now on 5/17/17 What a change. Cheap plastic cups, plastic silverware and paper soup bowls. Many items were empty and the sauces were low and drying out. I cant believe it changed to this degree. They use to have real silverware and glasses. Someone would come and pick up the plates. This time would always be packed. Now just a few. So sad. From reading other reviews, it looks like it has changed owners. So sad that they would let this go down hill. The food quality is not the same. The salad bar had huge chunks and was brown. The noodles were almost gone. Update: I sent an email through their corporate website complaining about this. It is now 5/23/17 (6 days later) and no response. Will keep you updated. 6/12/17 still no response from corporate.
