Yet again another horrible expirence at the Waterford MI location!! Called at 5:45PM to place a to go order, and placed on hold. At 5:55PM I was picked back up for my order. Placed my order and was told "it will be 10-15 minutes, we are not busy" by the girl. Showed up at 6:15 to pick up my order. Stood there for 10 minutes in till the girl asked why I was standing there, told her my name and that I was picking up a carry out. She then finished her conversation with another girl before checking on my food. At 6:40 I finally got my food. When she gave me the food I had to asked her if she wanted me to pay for it, could have just left without paying because she was to busy talking with the other girl. Once I got home (I live 2 minutes away) the food was cold, my wings had little to no sauce and my wives fries to go along with her burger were missing. The box was even written on it "burger and fries". I tell myself every time we order from here its the last time, well tonight was offically the last time!!!!

I was so excited when I moved to Waterford that a Buffalo Wild Wings was right around the corner. Im extremely disappointed, because the location in Shelby Twp was always spot on for me, and made it into one of my favorite restaurants. Fast forward to living in Waterford, and Ive given this location a solid 8-10 chances to get things right. The first take-out order, something wasnt right. Either missing a sauce or wrong items. Now for what has to be over the tenth time, I placed a take-out order for a chicken wrap with the sauce ON THE SIDE, and I received a wrap with no sauce-and none on the side either! I also ordered TRADITIONAL wings and they gave me boneless. How? I guess I was spoiled in Shelby.

So i never give reviews but after three times of being burned by incompetence ive decided to write one. Placed a pick up order for the screamin nacho burger the girl on the phone asked me if i want the chicken grilled or crispy I responded its a burger not chicken... she said thats not what my computer says i then asked for a manager who then understood a burger wasnt chicken. The next time the pick up order took 45 mins and was cold. The third and final time i specifically said i want the buffalo ranch chicken sandwich they read my order back to me i showed up and it was the wrap not the sandwich the girl then asked me if i was sure i just didnt want the wrap. This place is GARBAGE!!!!

I met up with a friend for a few beers and a pile of wings at this B-dubs and found it to be the fairly typical Buffalo Wild Wings experience. There was no UFC or pay-per-view event going on, so it wasnt overly packed that night. The service was good and the food was hot, so Ive got no complaints! For what it is worth, this is one of the last decent bars to go to if you are heading west on M59/Highland Rd and are looking for a sports bar to hang out at. There just arent a whole lot of other great bar options if youre heading further into Waterford, so keep that in mind when looking for a watering post to hitch on to in that area!

I went to lunch today with 3 other friends. Mind, Ive been to plenty of bdubbs to know how things go. We sat down and ordered our drink a and appatizer after getting our food my friend asked for a beer 15 minutes later we had finished our food the waiter never came back to check on us (the whole time we were there ) we would see him walking in and around the kitchen hanging out in there we were his only table too. I reciveed my meal and the cheese on it was cold te bottom bun was black and burnt bad the meal was taken off my bill and I was greatful of that but still sucked will never go there again Fenton was way better

Cant give less then a one star! Service was slow. We started with an app of fried pickles after 30 min of not getting them and our server never coming back I asked the manager if he could see why it is taking so long. He rudely said we are busy thats why. I looked around and counted the 6 tables people at them and said this is busy. He said it is when you are short staffed. I so ok. 15 min later we got our fried pickles. 30 min after that our wings. Never got refills on our drinks. Manager dint take anything off the bill for the long wait. Worse buffalo wild wings around, STAY AWAY!

We have been to this Buffalo Wild Wings many times, its close to home and an easy place to hit up on short notice. Lately we have had some pretty terrible service there though. We always ask for the bar side, one day we were seated at a table where there were no tvs for us to watch and asked to be moved. There were probably 4 other people in the whole place. We waited and waited, no drinks, no one asked us if we needed anything, no one came back to move us, we waited a good 30 minutes before deciding to get up and leave. We wont be going back to this particular BWWs

My experience here wasnt totally horrible, but Im giving it 2 stars based on my burger alone. I had the Screamin Nacho Burger and while it had a lot of okay flavors on it (LOVE pepper jack and jalapeño), the burger patty itself was horribly overcooked, hard (rock solid almost), extremely dry and un-enjoyable. Taking the burger apart, looking at the patty, it looked even worse than it tasted. My advice as a foody is to stick to their wings and beer. The boneless wings were bangin and the beers were great @ 4 bucks for a tall boy.

My children came home and said they had a horrible experience there as far as service. Server Kelli was very unprofessional and rude to them and their party of 10. On their account server, threw their menus down on the table, had a terrible attitude, and had the audacity to say an obscenity to them. I will not be returning to this establishment. A horrible experience all around. Highly disappointed.

We went in today. apparently it was during shift change. After one server told the host she didnt want a table to wait on ( He told us that) he went back and forth trying to seat us, finally landed on a table squished between two parties, after we had clearly requested a booth ( there were at least 10 open). At this point we just left. First and last time we will walk into this restaurant.

Their to go orders are ALWAYS MESSED UP. I paid $20, they left the top off of my queso dip so it went everywhere , and the wings were BURNT with no sauce on 3 of the wings, and they only gave me 9 wings instead of 10. Awful. And they forgot my ranch on my extra side of wing sauce I requested because they NEVER put enough sauce on the wings. Terrible.
