We always like the Waffle House. The service is generally always good as well as the food and the prices cant be beat! Its cheaper than McDonalds!! The only reason I only gave this one 4 stars tonight was because I ordered a grilled cheese sandwich on Texas Toast, which was grilled well, but obviously at too high of a temp because the cheese wasnt melted at all. The only way I like American cheese is melted, so that kind of grossed me out just a bit. It was warm, so it wasnt horrible or I wouldve sent it back. But everything else was perfect.

Waffle house has changed and not for the good. Ordered a quarter plate and got hamburger steak.menu changed nobody doesnt know the old way. Who wants grilled onions on a hamburger. Dont ask for sliced onion for your hamburgers because they dont have them anymore. I have been a waffle house fan for 50 years but I guess I will change to huddle house. Too bad waffle house used to be the place to go. Well Im done.

Wait staff great, food was not. Gravy was terrible (pre packaged? Was really watery and had a funky aftertaste). Eggs ordered over medium had runny whites (thats over easy). Potatoes were fully cooked but pretty flavorless. We call this "drunk food". Not a good choice when you go to work really early (and unfortunately not many places are open at 4 am).

11.85 and by far the best steak dinner I have ever eaten bar none ,the cook was extremely attentive constantly cleaning the grill and washing his hands afterwards and then putting gloves on ...the wait staff was super friendly and made sure drinks were full and fresh at all times..I will be eating here alot in the future and the prices were awesome...

Flys flys flys flys flys. In your head, in your food.. in your face, on your coffee cup. Is it really that hard to hang some fly strips or something. I literally (not kidding) have seen more flys in a dumpster. Absolutely will not be back to this waffle house.

The food wasnt cooked well. I found a bug cooked in my hash browns. The manager took them off of my ticket. They wouldnt take them off my husbands. They come from the same container. He couldnt eat any more either. I wont be returning. That is just nasty.

Always a great experience. The staff is always friendly, our waitress even offered us a slice of cake on her birthday! Doesnt matter if you are a regular or first time stopping in, waffle house is always a winner!

Fast service, despite being packed full. Waitress did forget my waffle(we did have a large party though, we took two booths) but when I reminded her she returned very quickly with it. Coffee was fresh and hot.

Christine was the best waitress ever!!!!! Dumb and dumber cooking not so much. Christine had to have them redo our order twice. She was awesome. Completely made up for the idiots. Maybe more stars next time.
