I ate here today with my family. As a foodservice manager myself, I was completely disgusted to watch about 8 employees not wash their hands, wear gloves, or do anything to prevent people from getting their germs into my families food. The floor had clearly not been mopped all day, and there were about three employees on break at the same time, which is clearly bad managnent. The soda machine was leaking, and their solution to the problem was to place a small cup under the machine to help "fix"the leak. It is obvious that the manager has NO IDEA what they are doing. While my food tasted good, the order was not even accurate. The kid who took my order was sweet and somewhat knowledgeable. I dont think its the workers fault, but their crappy manager. I will be contacting corporate and the town of AA to prevent people from getting sick.

I used to frequent this location but I will not anymore after my experience today and the past three times. I have sat there waiting for my to-go order and watched them make the food intently because like anyone else Im starving. I also have a background in food service. I have watched about 90% of the employees rub their faces, noese, eyes, etc and then continue to make food with out taking the proper procedures like washing hands after accidentally touching their face, nose, etc. I reported it to one of the managers and he seems to have done nothing to improve upon the standard. If you want to get sick by all means go eat at this location. Id rather not eat fibers from your hair, your snot, or possible catch an illnesses from you just not caring about your job.

I was expecting a more oriental menu, but was very pleasantly surprised to see that there were pasta choices in addition to other noodle choices. I had to Japanese Pan Noodles with beef. It was very good - lots of great flavor and just a little spicy. My wife had the Spicy Korean Beef Noodles which was very spicy and also had a great flavor. We also had a side order of mac and cheese that was also very good. This is a quick-service place, so you order at the counter and they bring your order to you. The delivery was very quick after our order. It seemed that everyone had the same fast service. I recommend this place. Give it a shot if youre in the area.

Serving burnt food with an attitude. I ordered Japanese Pan Noodles. As can be seen in the pics, the noodles were burnt and they have special recipe called "burnt broccoli" as well. The person at the counter had so much of attitude and rude tone as if they are serving the best the food in the world, the truth being, its the worst food I ever ever ate. Thank you Noodles and Company for making me realize that there are crappy restaurants like yours out there too.

This location is pretty average. The food can be really hit or miss, especially the meats. Portion sizes are small for what you pay. Id say they mess up my order about 25 percent of the time. Parking can be terrible if you try to park in the lot in front of the restaurant but ample spaces are always available a little further away. Now I come here a few times a month so its not a bad place for a quick bite just dont expect it to be very filling.

Normally very good tofu. Sadly, today I had to have them recook my Pad Thai with tofu because 75% was burnt. Got my remade bowl... 25% of my tofu was burnt again. This caused my group to be sitting there longer than needed. And left me feeling frustrated. Please retrain whoever was cooking tofu today before 3pm.

Must say the chicken noodle side and the Thai curry sides were mediocre. The Thai "curry" was so watered down it was essentially soup. Can say the pad Thai entree was pretty good; tasty and filling. But for a little over $8, Chipotle is also a very viable option. Regardless, decent entree but not sides.

The food is okay. Its dry and you have to ask for extra sauce to get a normal amount. They almost always screw up my name and order and I always get some sort of attitude. Im pretty much done with this location and wouldnt recommend it to others.

I just had delicious and perfectly spicy Japanese noodles, while Noodles and Co. also donated to my childrens elementary schools! Great staff and food! Thank you for the awesome meal and your support of the Bryant - Pattengill Schools PTO!

Very nice staff great food and comfortable setting. Access is tricky and parking spots are limited. During day time, you may not get a parking spot next to the location but nearby there are multiple shared parking area available.

Its a fast food place, for sure, but tasty. People were friendly, prices were OK. I am new in the area, and was looking for something fast and filling. This fit the bill. The Udon noodles were quite authentic. Ill go back.

Last time I was here I had the penne rosa and was not happy because I thought I couldnt get the house marinara anymore. All I had to do was get the spaghetti and get penne noodles! Love this place and the food was great.

Parmesan crusted chicken is very good. Linguine is good too. Some of their Asian dishes are also fine. But everything else is below average. A bit over-priced too. Nice atmosphere though, especially for a family.

I really like Noodles and Co. The food comes out fast and fresh, the vegetables and meat used are high quality and they always let me customize to my hearts content. I wish there was one in Seattle!!!

Consistently quality and quick. No tips, and reasonably priced. If you can snag a BOGO email coupon, youre feeding two for under $10 every time. Do the survey on the receipt for a free appetizer!

I have had one bad experience with dry noodles, but more often I have had a great experience. The Indonesian Peanut Saute is my absolute favorite. They will even add more spice if youd like!

Fast, cheap, and tasty. The truffle Mac is awesome, and they let you customize anything. Whats not to like?

The food is just "aight" in my opinion. I think that there are far-better (local) noodle bars out there..
