The service and food was horrible. The food we ordered was simple. We ordered chicken tenders and chicken broccoli Alfredo. The chicken tenders were smaller then the palm of my hand and were very mushy. The chicken in the Alfredo was cold and tasted as it was frozen microwaved chicken. My noodles and sauce were warmer then the chicken and broccoli. We talked to the manager and he said the chicken is grilled and the noodles are microwaved so he wasnt sure why I felt that way. He did take the chicken tenders off the bill. But then when we asked for the bill the waitress decided to toss the bill on the table and said, "here" and walked away. Our bill sat there on the table for 10 min because another waitress took our bill because our waitress never came back. I always tip my waitresses as we all know they dont work in the kitchen and its not their fault. But when you toss my check at me and say here and never come back, I was so upset. I will never go there again. Just my meal and drink cost me $28! Thats crazy for microwaved food.

Service was extremely slow. Took 45 minutes for our food to come out and one of the orders was an appetizer! Asked my husband if he wanted a refill, didnt ask me. As we got our food delivered I ordered our desert just because it is taking so long to get anything. As we sit here waiting another family was sitting across from us. They have been sitting there for about eight minutes. Wife came back from the salad bar to no utensils at the table yet Ordered coffee with our desert. That came quickly but no creamer. Server didnt even ask! While I sit here waiting for our desert our server brought the check. Guess theyre pretty sure were finished! Actually, we are. NEVER coming back to the only Ruby Tuesday in our region. No wonder they closed the two in Toledo. I have this feeling that this one isnt far behind!

I was here at dinner hour, but customers were light. I sat at the bar and ordered steak, the top sirloin. All of the food was good, hot and tasty. The food presentation was a bit plain but adequate. The service was fair, though the bartender was a bit overloaded with tasks . She frequently had to make rounds to the customers in booths around the bar, fill drink orders, and try to keep up with bar maintenance and bar customers. All these things considered, she did a great job and was exceptionally friendly, with a great attitude. I would recommend this restaurant, and I will dine here in the future.

Consistent bad to no service. I gave this place many chances and still even when management waits our table they never come back for refills or napkins. Take order, drops food never to be seen again. This time 5/27/2016 Im done. I wont go back. I sat for 10 minutes without even a look while tables after ours sat down and got drinks and even placed their order. It was moderately busy so there is no excuse for staffing. Im a local and its one more of the places my money wont be spent. Take my advice go to another place.

Salad bar was pretty light on options. My friend ordered the cheese grits with sausage and shrimp and she was told it was a big bowl. When it came, it was in a large bowl but the entree barely covered the bottom of the bowl. The waiter should have been embarrassed to bring that out. For over $13 with no salad bar for her, it was not worth the money!

I went there around 2pm on a Sunday to get a late lunch. I was unable to get the attention of any employees to get a table. All the wait staff were hiding by the kitchen, and no host, hostess or manager came by the front at all. After five minutes I left. Next time try waiting on customers, maybe youll get some business that way.

Not really that good, disappointed in the food service was ok, my daughter got the salad which was good I had the California shrimp dish, was almost cold when I went to eat as it took a long time to even get our food only thing still hot was shrimp and the broccoli and the broccoli was not even really cooked all the way.

The service was very slow. Took 15 minutes to even get 2 cheese biscuits. Another 15 to get any more. My burger wasnt the least bit pink in the middle. It was well done not medium. My husbands food was lacking enough sauce to cover both chicken pieces he had. We were not impressed!

I always love taking my daughter here for dinner. The food is always good and there is usually nothing to complain about. The bathrooms seem small and uncleanly. Very friendly customer service for myself and my 4 year old daughter.

Mediocre food. The whole place needs a good cleaning. It smelt greasy. Salad bar was messy. Needed help. Attention to detail could get this business back to busy like Applebees across the street. Will try again but not right away.

Pretty good place. One advantage this place has over a lot of the chain restaurants is they have an actual salad bar, which a lot of places dont have anymore. The salad bar is worth the trip by itself. Worth going to. y

Last time I went here after we got sat, we waited 10+ minutes just for someone to take our drink order and took for ever to get our food, we ended up getting our meal to go, I was cold

This was a surprisingly nice time. The have a fresh tasty salad bar, good service, and throw back top 100 music. Prices were comparable to restaurants in the area. I would go again

Not busy but had to wait at door with 2 other couples and salad bar many items not refilled. Waitress Megan was gorgeous and friendly.
