A really mediocre experience, but Ill start with the good: I had the chicken artichoke spring rolls and they were delicious. My husband had the club sandwich and said it was good. It looks like a fun place to catch a game as there are lots of TVs in the place. The bad: My husband ordered the Bells Oracle, and he said it had a strange taste. His theory was that the beer was old, or doesnt get ordered much and had been sitting in the lines a long time. If youre going to serve craft beer, you should do it right because craft beer lovers know what their beer should taste like. The really bad: The service stunk. The waitress was pleasant, but after she took our order, she disappeared for about 20+ minutes. I finally walked over to the hostess and asked her if she could locate our server and/or find out why our food order was taking so long. There were very few other customers in the restaurant at the time, so we were sure the kitchen couldnt have been very busy. When the server came back out, she didnt apologize, but instead said that the printer in the kitchen was broken. Not a good excuse: the server should have been checking on our order and wondering why it was taking so long, rather than just hanging out somewhere in the back. After our food did come out, she never came back to check on us or deliver the bill. We had to track her down once again. I definitely would not recommend this place for lunch, as it took us a painful hour and a half to get out of there. I was late getting back to work. This place has potential, but the service is a big deterrent for me, and the quality of the beer is a deterrent to my husband.

We just had our bridal shower at the One Under Banquet Hall. From planning to execution, we could not have ever hoped for better. Kristy and Nicole, banquet managers were so meticulous and accommodating throughout. They made everything so easy and stress free. And on the day of the event, Andrea and her team executed flawlessly. Honestly, it was perfect. Even last minute room configuration was no problem for Andrea and her team. They were all so friendly and accommodating and their service was like none other. The food, which was a plated fillet mignon and salmon combo with asparagus and oven roasted potatoes was out of this world. So tender and moist. We have had nothing but raves. I know others will plan their events here based on their experience with this event. Thank you to Brian (the owner, who was most helpful on our initial viewing of the accommodations and the food tasting), Kristy and Nicole, and Andrea and team. You made this memorable day perfect. I would HIGHLY recommend!

I found out about this bar through a friend and food is awesome but the service is TERRIBLE!!! Its Friday, I just got paid, and I wanted to enjoy a few beers. First they never removed the menu from my table after I ordered my food. I asked for a beer, and it was my last beer because when I asked for a second one the waitress never came back. My empty plate remained on the table (next to the menu I mentioned that never left). I finally got the waitress attention and asked for another beer this woman comes back with my bill. So Im like screw it Im leaving. 25 minutes later she came back to get my money and still left my empty plate, employ beer mug, and that damn menu!!!! Can you believe I still tipped this woman?? Lol and business is slow during this time. I wont dine in here for a very long time but I will just call my order in for pick up because I absolutely love there roasted garlic wings lol. 10 stars for the food.... below zero for their service. Ill give them a -4

HORRIBLE! First of all, the place smelled like sewage because the bathrooms were still under construction. The food was brought to us and we had told them my twins would be splitting a meal, but the food was still brought in one single bowl. I asked for Two Plates and after seven minutes had to go ask somebody else to bring two plates so my kids could eat. Then we asked for two boxes at the end of the meal. 1 boxes brought. I had to go up to the bar to find another box since the waitress was nowhere in sight that it took forever to get the bill. Definitely will not be going back again ever. Food was very overpriced and considering it smelled like poop while eating it it was not a very pleasant taste either

I stopped to grab a couple of hot dogs on the turn which I knew itd probably take a few minutes. But I didnt expect it to take almost 15 minutes for a couple of hot dogs, ridiculous. One of the servicer was very attentive, she was doing her tables but she asked me did I want water while I was waiting. I was standing the whole time so it wasnt like you miss me but thank you for her. At some point I do believe the bartender should have made it since of urgency after Im standing there almost 15 minutes waiting on hot dogs. She did offer me a refund but didnt have time to wait any longer. Its unbelievable that the kitchen couldnt get out a couple hot dogs.

I had my bridal shower here and I am so glad that I did. The facility is clean (and pretty), the food is good, the prices are very reasonable, and the staff is great. We had absolutely no problems from start to finish, and the girls running the banquet hall were very kind and easy to work with. They were extremely accommodating and answered all of our questions promptly. I would recommend One Under to anyone looking for a venue for a shower or other similar event. I was not disappointed in any way and they truly helped to make the day memorable.

We were out in the area and thought we would stop with friends for dinner. As we were walking in one person in our party fell because the sidewalk was uneven. It was lifted up in several places and were not marked to show that there was a problem. We said something to the hostess and the waitress to speak to the manager just to let them know what had happened. The manager never came to our table. I have had better food else where and I dont think I will ever go back if I am in the area.

Went here to meet with friends to watch a Lions game. I noticed right away it was super noisy, everyone having to yell to each other because of terrible acoustics in the place. I get that bars can be kinda loud. But this was the worst ive evlxperienced. They need something done with the ceiling to combat this. Burger and fries were delicious and they have a large variety of beers. I would give the place 5 stars if they get sound levels improved.

I dont think you can find a better place in the area for craft beers. 70+ draft beers. Tons of space for sports games and plenty of TVs ensure you always have a good view. Great food selection. Great wings. Solid prices. Beautiful property right off of a golf course. The wait staff was attentive and friendly in my experience. I would definitely recommend this place if youre in the area.
