Absolutely wonderful meal, service & atmosphere. If you are looking for a cozy, warm and inviting place to have a dinner PLEASE do yourself a favor and stop in the Red Brick Tavern. The service, barkeep and patrons all make you feel so welcome. They have an wide variety of menu items with specials on the weekends. We just had a delicious dinner cooked to perfection while sitting fireside watching a variety of sports on their four TVs. I enjoyed a dinner of the chefs homemade Jack Daniels BBQ steak & chicken with fresh asparagus and a baked potato while my husband had a luscious president cut prime rib served with fresh asparagus and sweet potato fries. We each had a couple of drinks too ... and all for around $50. Now where else could you go for such great service, food, atmosphere and value? Highly recommended you check it out :)

It has been a very long time since Ive enjoyed a meal start to finish! The food here is absolutely delicious and reasonably priced for the portions you receive. I had the salmon, broccoli, onion rings, and tavern fries and had to restrain myself from eating every bite. Also, the staff here were the best: kind friendly, and very attentive! Although I initially came here on one of my "paranormal/historical quests" (check into the history, so worth it), I feel like this place will be a staple on my dining lists. Totally worth driving from Columbus for!

Came in at 7:30 asking the waitress if she could accommodate a crew of 9, we were travelling from out of state and hungry. We were promptly told that they "could" accommodate us but there would be a one hour wait. the Dining room was empty, except one or two couple eating. We got the hint, they wanted to close (9pm) and didnt want to feed nine. Thanks for losing business. FYI, the place smelled of must, the wallpaper must have been from the 1930s and I wouldnt have trusted the food.

We have eaten here many times and have never been disappointed. The food has always been excellent, the service has been fair to excellent, depending upon the experience of the server, and we love the ambiance. My first visit was a business luncheon several years ago and I immediately took my wife there for dinner and it has become one of our favorite dinner destinations. We have enjoyed many of the menu entrees, but the liver and onions is unmatched anywhere.

Would not go back. I went with my family for a fathers day buffet. The whole restaurant was smoky. They were cooking eggs to order in very hot pans (yay, burnt eggs), but that produced too much smoke. The food was underseasoned and disgusting. The service was sub par. I still ended up paying for my husband, two kids, and my meals... Even tho I didnt eat after making a small plate. I would not recommend this to anyone.

WENT THEIR BECAUSE I WAS HUNGRY. UNDER STAFFED ON A FRIDAY NIGHT. THE ROLLS WERE GOOD, ESPECIALLY THE CINNAMON ROLLS. LONG WAIT FOR FOOD, I THINK BECAUSE THE KITCHEN MESS UP. SERVICE WAS GOOD THOUGH. IF YOU LIKE SPOOKY THRILLS YOU WILL LIKE THE TAVERN BECAUSE IT WAS BUILT IN 1837. BUT OVERALL JUST AVERAGE BUT UNIQUE.

The food quality, presentation, & service were excellent! We really enjoyed our meal and the decor was a wonderful step back in time I highly recommend it and they have larger rooms for large parties so you could really have a large family gathering or business meeting there with no problems.

Food is generally good. Service is usually good but can be a little off depending on the server. Ribs on the weekend are good. Steaks have been variable for me. Very good most of the time but have had a least one that was tough. They are very good at making things right if there is an issue.

Thought we might have found our new steak house. Unfortunately the steak was way under cooked covered in some oil and some kind of Cajon seasoning or something. My red potatoes had the same on it. It was jst a taste I couldnt get together with.

Wonderful cooked prim rib me and my wife both enjoyed it first prime rib we have had since we moved from NH was starting to wonder if London Ohio had any good places to eat. Will be a frequent place to eat.

Horrible service! There 2 hours & bartender came to table twice. Food was alright; not worth wait & will never be back. I called to speak to Madonna-owner & she was just as rude as bartender!!!
