This place is very diverse and I absolutely loved it. But... The service was slow and too much time was spent on one customer. I noticed that there were two customers ahead of me and the server kept up an entire conversation even when the customer seemed to be uninvolved and uninterested in the servers conversation. After the customer left the server did not pay any attention nor acknowledge the remaining customers in the line. He walked to the back and moments later back to the front to fill the napkin dispenser, still with no acknowledgment. Its sad in this day and time my family and I felt it would be better to leave and say nothing at all than to complain and be viewed in a stereotypical sense. We waited in line before leaving 20 minutes with a total of 3 customers including myself, no huge orders before myself. Came in on 3/26/17 @5:55pm , left @ 6:20pm

Night and Day!!! I called the ferndale location and was told by the guy that is the "Cake Boy" as he said, that he did not take orders for cakes that you had to order them online. I called this location and was met with a bubbly personality she was most helpfull and was very attentive to what I was trying to accomplish. If the cake is any way like the service thus far they will have a customer for life!!

This place is the damn greatest. Not only because these guys making the ice cream put there life into their work and providing a pleasant experience for customers, they are absolutely hilarious and make life down right fin fantastic when your at Coldstone. I LOVE EM! My wife and I are thinking about getting a divorce to pursue the men and women of this location. THATS HOW MUCH WE LOVE EM!

Management needs to teach shamika and taquita how to greet there customers and make them feel comfortable and not be rude jerks and teach them proper people skills when working for cold stone I took my kids there for the first time 3/14/13 Thursday evening and had our ice cream basically tossed at my kids and spoken to like second class citizens never again will I go to this location
