Went in today to get a dozen rolls, as a birthday treat for family members. I was told the ones on display were made today (seriously doubt it). The rolls did not look fresh. I told the cashier that I was willing to wait for a new rolls. The young lady making the rolls seemed irritated and annoyed when I asked for a fresh batch.The young man at register said it would honestly probably be more than an hour. So I paid for the rolls and left the mall and sent my bff to pick them up an hour later. She ran to pick them up. She returned with room temperature rolls. It looks like she was given the dry looking rolls that originally lead to me asking for fresh ones. HORRIBLE service. Just deplorable. Why send me through all of the trouble of waiting and returning only to get the day old rolls that were on display?

3 Things (1) Cinnabons are never ready. When I go to this location, theyre not that busy to justify things not being ready. Even on some Saturdays, the line isnt 10 to 15 people deep. (2) This location will put on a half of an ounce of frosting per bon. I guess they want the customer to pay 0.73 cents for a ex container of frosting. This location could take notes from the GreatLakes Crossing Location. Lines are longer but wait is way shorter, with plenty of Frosting on bon. No need to pay for ex (3) Cheap S#*ts

Haley is very nasty and rude. Her attitude is disgusting. I would never, never visit this establishment again, because of her unprofessionalism. When she was asked a question she became aggressive and confrontational. We wanted to wait for fresh cinnabons and she became upset. She wanted us to take what was out, as if we were using her $$$ to pay for the food. Terrible customer service. I would not recommend this cinnabon to anyone.
