The food is fresher and higher quality than other Arabic food joints, but way too pricey even with that considered. They are trigger happy with upcharges, and the items are already priced at a premium! They charge like its organic but its not. Customer service ranges around B+ The place is FREEZING in the winter. They use to-go plates, boxes, cups, silverware when you dine in, super wasteful but guess whos paying for it, the customer. We got falafel combo, lentil soup, roasted veggies, fattoush, fries...$38! The garlic and tahini dips are delish, but they charge $1.50 for a tiny side of extra garlic! $$$ The energy here is money first, then food, then customer service. They could use less salt and oil, easy fixes. Convenient location.

Very good food. If you get a "tahini meal" you get to choose 2 items from the salads, soups or mezzas. Veggies are carrots and zucchini. The salads are great. Best fattoush salad Ive had at a restaurant like this. Its a bit pricey, but the food quality is good. Lots of sweets in the cases if you want. Small dining room, but they do have a patio. Ill definitely be back. Edit...dropped a star because I have gotten watery rice and sub par food twice now.

Friendly and fast lunch service at a counter. Food looked and tasted fresh, everything on the plate was great. They have meals you can create with a main dish and two sides, which is what I ended up with. Large portions that could easily be split between two for a lighter option or good to take home for later. Didnt try any of the baked goods. Only downside was it was a bit pricey, $14 lunch for one with no drink.

Omg I cannot say enough positive things about this place. Amazing food! Huge portions! Tons of options! Employees have great recommendations and exceptional customer service. Finding this place on a whim was one of the highlights of my trip to Michigan. Im from Chicago and I hope this place takes off. Looking forward to a Chicago expansion! This will definitely be a must stop each time I visit my sister now.

I had Falafel for the first time at Tahini and was HOOKED. Ive had other Falafel since and nothing compares to Tahinis recipe! It has great flavor and a nice little kick to it. The presentation is beautiful. The staff is welcoming, the dining area is clean and inviting. Double thumbs up! (If my hubby is reading this, Id rather have Tahini Falafel than chocolate!!)

My girlfriend and I found this place randomly while visiting from out of town. We walked in to find the owner serving up fresh in house made food with a smile. I read some of the reviews. Some mentioned the prices being a a little high. Me, personally, Ill gladly pay for the quality food served here. 5 stars all the way for both the food and the service!

Love the PITA Wraps... I stop by this place whenever I pass by and eat couple of wraps and also dont forget to parcel for my family... A good option for the vegetarians too (You can buy a Falafal or Mujadara wrap. I am a vegetarian :-))The flavors are fresh and taste is awesome! You can also buy Middle Eastern Sweets, Fresh Hummus and of-course Tahini...

I love this place everything. Is made fresh ! Amazing fattosh ! Shwarma is exceptional . Fantastic selection of baked goodies both familiar and some new adventurous choices , all very good ! Staff is always super friendly to me ! A little pricey but you get what you pay for ...quality is always exceptional !

Really good food. Got a chicken kafta pita. Was fresh off the grill and tasted amazing. Problem is the place is pretty expensive. Just my wife and I had a $25 meal. Wouldnt think a place like this would normally cost that much. If they dropped their prices a little i would give it a full 5.

My guess is that Yasar Khan probably owns a competing, lessor middle eastern restaurant. This is the best food in the area, of any cuisine, period. There bread is fresh, their salad is fresh, their fish is excellent, the service is amazing. The chicken schwarma is great.

Very friendly service, added extras for my son for his lunch at school. My son said it was the best Mediterranean food he ever ate and all of the other kids were drooling. We will be packing more of these lunches and eating here often.
