Usually like going here because its nut free. Everything tastes great and have never had an issue besides the last visit. Ordered a cake for a 9 year old with a nut allergy. He wanted a Pokemon character and we brought in a Pokemon card to copy the picture for the cake. We put it in a ziplock bag so it would be protected. When we picked up the cake the card was not in the ziplock bag and he was handed the card and looked upset. When we got to the car I asked him what was wrong and he said they ruined my card. When we got the cake home the girl who box up the cake had put the sides of the box inside the box and it messed up the frosting on the sides of the cake. Usually they tape the sides of the box on the outside so that doesnt happen. Called the shop and was told to email one of the owners. Havent received any response yet. Was very disappointed! UPDATE..... I did receive a reply to my email. And they are going to talk to the employees about the issues. And they are actually sending a new Pikachu Pokemon card that they found online and purchased.

I love that this place is a nut-free bakery. However, dont waste you money on their cakes. I ordered a special event cake for which they charged me $60. It was the thickness of a brownie, not a cake. It contained 2 little plastic pieces on top, the words, and an outline. Nothing more. Wish you could see a picture of it. There are other places more deserving of your $ and you can save yourself the disappointment of a special occasion cake that looks anything but special.

I bought a cake for a team members birthday who is allergic to dairy. I didnt call ahead but they had one available when I stopped in. I was nervous about how it would taste (Im a dairy lover) but everyone on the team loved it! I also picked up some sugar cookies and those were good as well. It was so nice to be able to get something delicious for my team member who cant normally participate in our birthday celebrations :)

Had to pick up an order i placed on Friday. Came to pick up on Sunday to find that they dont have my complete order and that they are missing some of my order. Would like to support the place, after all it is the only Kosher, nuts free bakery in the area but please, make sure you guys are counting right.

I ordered 20 cupcakes and a cake from this establishment. They looked beautiful. But they were very dry and tasteless. They were definitely not worth the $61 that was spent. A call was made to the establishment regarding the quality of the cupcakes and cake. I have not received a response.

A wonderful bakery with great customer service. Special orders welcomed, especially for gluten free items and special occasion cake. Totally tree nut and peanut free for our food allergies! Dairy free for our stomachs! Everything tastes fantastic!!!
