I like Panera Brwad but this one messes up so much! Unfortunately theyre the closest to my house, they forget things, the drive though is always closed for something but my biggest pet peeve is that everytime I get my turkey avocado blt they end up putting maybe a slice of avocado! Thats one of the main ingredients! They offered me a grilled cheese bc they gave me one with no avocado and the turkey was so wet I could squeeze it out. Its was gross but the grilled cheese was flavorless!

PANERA BREAD - Haggerty Rd., Livonia, MI I was waiting for my to go order and was sitting down at a table. The Panera employee was cleaning the dining area. I couldnt believe my eyes! She wiped the seat down with a cloth and used the same cloth on the table top. OMG, there is probably fecal matter and urine on those seats not to mention all the other crud. I will NEVER eat at a Panera store again. GROSSS! I complained to the Manager and now will complain to corporate Panera.

Every time I come in this older man is the chasier. Ive never seen him smile or say "have a good day" "how are you today" its always like he wants you to leave, if you have a question he just left a sarcastic but rude response to my mom. Its immature... i thought he would understand for his age. Everyone else there is nice, but I really suggest him getting a additude check or leaving, because next time I will tell him the truth that hes hurting this place.

Portion size not the same as other locations. I ordered the Pick 2 with one of them being the chicken salad half sandwich. There wasnt enough to go across the bread, much less feel like youre eating a nice half sandwich. I asked the staff if it was made right and was told it was. Ive ordered the same half sandwich from other locations and had a larger portion and better value. I will not be going back to this location.

The staff lie to me telling me theres only one bagel left of the kind I want then the person behind me order the same bagel and they bring out 5 more so i got in line and ordered another bagel because these ppl told me there was only 1 left. Absolutely horrible attitude towards me

I have ordered there numerous times for business lunches, and EVERY time our order has been incorrect or late. The last time I ordered, they even put chicken on a salad that was clearly supposed to be vegan. Im extremely disappointed with my experiences here.

Drive thru dont feel bad hold up that line and go thru your food item by item because these guys apparently dont do that. I got home and the sandwich for my pick 2 was missing. All I had to eat was my half sized salad. #disappoint

That was the second time I went to that location and found the ladies restroom very dirty, smelly, and missing bathroom tissue. It was disgusting! How can a famous and expensive bakery like this one can have a dirty bathroom?

Paneras food is great from location to location. I stop by this one frequently. The food is tasty and fast and reasonably priced, service is variable -- anywhere from okay to wonderful, never rude though. Recommended!
