The delivery was quick but they were all rude. The delivery person didnt have change for me so I had to dig and get change for him. It didnt take long and he started complaining about how he didnt have time for this and his gas was running for this low amount of change. I asked him to repeat himself and he did. I called to tell them and they had about 6 different people get on the phone and ask what Im talking about everytime I told them the delivery person was rude, theyd talk in Chinese for 2 minutes in the background and put someone else on the phone. I ended up ending the conversation with, "Im never ordering from here again." And this is the really crazy part. The delivery guy actually called me on his cell phone to yell at me about telling that he was rude! He was yelling the whole time, and I just said "You shouldnt be rude to your customers. I was respectful and I expected the same level of respect. Were adults and you can speak in a normal voice to me." Then he hangs up.

Usually quite good, never bad. It depends on who cooks. The best I ever had was when the "mom" cooked. They are a family restaurant and they might be in the middle of an argument when you walk in; there will probably be a kid doing homework at one of the tables. These are things to look for in a cheap Chinese restaurant. I get the feeling they could make awesome food if they were inspired, but serving the area they do, they just shoot for pretty good. I always get the beef with broccoli, btw, but Ive had their chicken dishes too. The egg rolls are great. I think they come frozen, but they are fried nicely. The decor and atmosphere are... Well, its a really good "to go" place. They recently remodeled, so everythings pretty clean and new, but it would be weird to eat there. You can see the open kitchen, so thats cool - you can watch them cook your food if you want. I go here all the time and I like it.

Their service is absolutely horrible! We ordered sweet and sour chicken, sesame chicken, and an egg roll. The delivery person arrived at our house after an hour of waiting and when we opened the food it was beef lo mein and kung pow chicken. We called and they told us it would be another half an hour for the correct food. At this point we decided to cancel the order and wanted a refund. We had to call a completely different place in order to get that. My husband and I left and we came back home and the delivery person was waiting at our house. He left and then my husband received a call a few minutes later (mind you this is 2 hours after we placed our original order) and said that someone was coming to get the incorrect food order that we received. Which means theyre most likely taking that food to the other person whose order got messed up.

I order here frequently. The staff is often rude and/or cannot understand a word you say if you dont order by numbers from the menu. About half the time they deliver the wrong order and will do NOTHING to make up for it (except one time we were Extremely persistent about it and they brought the wrong order a second time and demanded the original food be returned). The prices are about average for this area. The food is almost always very good, which is their redemption and the reason for 3 stars. Can recommend General Tsos, Combination Thai Basil Rice, and (believe it or not) mozzarella sticks. Even with all the shitty service I continue to order from them.

This is sooo Gross. I paid extra for chicken fried rice instead of pork and the rice tasted like a dirty grill it even smelled like a dirty grill I could not even eat it. The spring rolls looked like the cabbage was rotten that was inside as it was a brown and black in color. The batter they fried the sweet and sour chicken in had a ton of random specks mixed in with it like I have never seen before.. I can only imagine how dirty their cooking utensils, and grills are after seeing the food that they serve. Buyer beware

Went to try this place and witnessed the owner screamimg at and degrading one of her employees. She didnt even shut her mouth while the woman attempted to greet us or to take our order. She was calling her stupid and was loud and obnoxious right behind the couter and didnt care about her customers standing there. I wont give my business to a place that doesnt know how to treat their employees decently. Plus the place looked filthy. Beyond unprofessional.

The food here is really good. This is my second time ordering and I can tell they make a lot of things in house. Dumplings have a nice leek flavor and crab rangoons have generous filling. Im not crazy about the lunch special rice but qll in all i think a good value for the price. The driver does have a very hard time with English but he has a great smile and they are quick.

I dont give this filth hole even 1 star! When I ate here I got food poisoning for almost 2 days! The food was cold and soggy and undercooked. This place should be closed for good! Absolutely disgusting! I will never order food from here again

They were very rude and the food had no taste the chicken tasted very old. They had a kid working that was very disrespectful and they are very over priced. I could of bought better chicken in the frozen section at Meijers .

I was a very loyal customer until I order food delivery and did not get what I order and when I call they told they would write it down and I could get it next time but they never wrote it down and refused to honor it

Good food, the older lady is just rude when you call though, she doesnt understand, ordering the number of the food is helpful. Younger lady speaks much more understandable and much more nice than old woman.

Dont get anything with chicken. Very rubbery. Fried rice was good. I ordered two order of shrimp rolls. Supposed to be two rolls in each order. Got three total. Maybe the driver got hungry, LOL.

This was the worst Chinese food Ive ever eaten. I can cook better Chinese food than this and Im not Chinese. The food made me ill after I ate it. Would not recommend this place to anyone.

The flavor of the General Tsos chicken was great, the chicken itself not so much. The crab Rangoon was soggy. Absolutely not worth the money.
