While at this restaurant the manager became very irate and aggressive towards me when i notified him of a sanitation or health concern. There were flies/gnats incased in the ice cubes that came out of the drinking machine. When I brought this to the managers attention and showed him the ice cube with the fly in it he said that they fly around sometime and collected the plate with the example on it. He did not offer an apology or refund of any type. Once I returned to my seat he approached me and said that he could call the police because we were stealing food. This is absolutely absurd my friend and I paid before getting our food. Might I mention that this is a Buffet. I paid prior to getting my food to eat there. My friend paid to take the buffet food to go. At this point I advised him obviously he doesnt know the laws as we were paying customers. To be frank the service there was abhorrent and I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone. The issue could have been resolved with a simple I am sorry and an offered refund. Instead it escalated by this man running up to me and my friend and accusing us of stealing and causing us acute embarrassment. Did i mention the owner asked me my name and took a picture of my work badge when i informed him that i would be lodging a complaint with the BBB. The complaint with the BBB has been submitted and the Dept of Health has been contacted as well.

This place is hit or miss. I eat here regularly only b/c I live close by and they deliver. Some days the service is friendly and other days its horrible. It really depends on who is working that day/answering the phone. Sometimes the vegetables smell like they were cooked in mop water. Other days the food is good. One pro is that if you eat at the buffet they will put out hot food for you by request. Theres usually an older woman who does that and she is nice and attentive. I cant give the place rave reviews, its just my neighborhood go-to place. Unfortunately, I have come to accept that these type of places are not going to provide the level of customer service I normally expect. There are FAR better chinese restaurants in town such as No. 1 and Tans Asian Cafe. Google those if you want a better experience.

Ordered our food at 4:26 and was told 45 minutes. Had to call and ask about it after an hour and 15 minutes. Took another 15 minutes for the food to arrive. We didnt get all of our food, and after several calls back to them, we finally got the rest after more than another hour. They told me for 20 minutes he was at the door. I was standing outside. He was not there. They lie, the food was cold when it got here, and the driver will ask for a tip. Dont order from here unless you want crappy service, cold food, and no type of remorse or compensation for your having to wait 3 hours to get what you ordered.

Definitely a hole in the wall kind of place with disposable plates, tiny buffet line, and just a handful of tables, but if you can accept that, the food is actually really good (tender, good-quality meats, flavorful, not-bland soup, for example, from what I tried). The buffet price was cheap (around 6 dollars without a drink), and I noticed the regular menu prices were pretty cheap, as well. The buffet line and tables were very clean when I was there, and the folks working the counter were nice.

I like this place so much because its easy simple in and out with no problems and the food is pretty good and fresh because its not a big buffet, just simple with the basic good Chinese food. I have no reason not to five star this place because I have no problems. Go Hong Kong!!

One of the best places in tally and the all you can eat is the best I found in town so far. Only possible downside is that keep so busy hear it can take a while to get dillivery to you.
