They rarely have consistency in what they stock. The majority of the time that I go in there, the bagel I want is out or they dont have tomatoes and I unsolicited excuses from the staff. Always trying to put extras on my order (mayo, cheese, extra cream cheese) even though I tell them "I just want...". At one point, they carried good juice, but now its all from concentrate (super sweet, nasty tasting stuff). The bagels are good, but thats not a good enough reason to keep going there.

There is always a line and one person at the most 2 are working. Not enough for the volume of people they see. They usually run out of bagels early and have gotten my order messed up quite a few times. Regulars cut in line and the staff helps them first even though you were next. I can get Philadelphia cream cheese anywhere...why dont you make your own?!!! What am I really paying for in the end?!

Usually they are great. But this time I am very disappointed and upset. We specifically called and ordered 2 dozen bagels. We went to go pick up this morning and the man LAUGHED IN OUR FACE and said "haha I forgot to put them together, now we are sold out". I am calling to speak with a manager or owner about this because this is UNEXCEPTABLE

What happen to this place, when the old owners owned this place it was awesome, fresh bagels all the time, but with the newer owners, over the past 3 - 5 years, it has been going down hill ever since.

One day they are out of creamer for coffee, then they didnt have large cups, then they claimed the bagel man didnt deliver all the bagels, this was in a 2 week period and now they raised their prices

Went in there in the morning and they had a very limited selection of bagels most baskets were empty asked if they were going to make anymore of certain one and was told no this is what they have.

I pick up bagels here often. The bagels are very good and they have a large selection of flavors. They do run out of certain flavors though, so calling ahead is advised.

New owners. Love the bagels. Warm and soft. Call in your order the day before and they will be ready for you, even at 5:00 in the morning. Donuts are great too.
