On my way back to work I decided to stop at this location for convenience purposes. I was very displeased with the service. I specifically asked for tomatoes on the side to avoid eating a soggy sandwich. When I got back to work, my sandwich was completely unedible because my request was not granted. After that ruined lunch, I decided to go to the Tim Hortons down the street, and have been going there ever since. The owner at the second location heard my complaint about my prior experience and was more than happy to oblige to my request. I havent had a bad lunch since.

Its literally laughable how horribly dysfunctional this place can be! Been over 5 times now, and EVERY TIME, the workers do not dissapoint to make you cock your head sideways in disbelief. In order, this is the general experience: - what did you order again? - ok. That was this right? - sorry, you said this didnt you? - sorry, we dont have that. - let me go ask someone else to help me put your order in Then, again nearly like clockwork, your order is missing something. Anything better is nothing short of a miracle.

One of the most unprofessional places I have been to. You would think that uneducated individuals run the place simply because they CANNOT follow orders. If I order a large french vanilla cappuccino then I would need a SLEEVE for the cup. The times I have been Ive waited for about 10 minutes inside. They were quite fully staffed so Im not sure why some individuals were standing there looking lost like they were line for the SYLVAN LEARNING CENTER. I will never go there again. They all need to be fired and restaffed.

The hours on the door said 4-10, strange for a donut shop. At 7pm, without another person in sight, this kid said were not serving ice cream today because were under staffed while two employees stood there staring at me. I laughed my way out the door and wont return. Heres a free lesson children, if you dont do your job, then the business closes and you need to find a new job.

This is, without a doubt, the flagship franchise of the entire Tim Hortons brand. Whenever you go here -- day or night -- the service will be quick, the workers will be friendly, and your food will be prepared right. Ive visited many different Hortons locations throughout all of southeast Michigan, and this one is my favorite by far. You can never go wrong here.

So I came thru and ordered a 10 pack of timbits and only got 9. So I called back and they said if I came back to turn in the 9 and get a 10 pack. (Well I had already eaten 6 so I had 3 left and I told her that) so the the manager said just to come back for a free 10 pk. Well....When I got back they had actually hooked me up with like 4 extra timbits

If i could give this a lower rating it would be -5 star. They took 20 min for one thing that was extremely easy to do. I was starting to get mad because they had to ask several times what did you have? Then they said we ran out of that bagel. Really!!!!!! Tim Hortons please get someone in here that knows what they are doing.

You have about a 50% chance of getting the right order. And about a 75% chance that the food is actually fresh. Dont buy their Tim bits here. Oh and anything that needs to be grilled, forget it.. Theyre trying to rush your order which means that grilled panini is barely even warm, much less, "grilled".

I never like to review places but I just went to this location. Arrived at 9:15pm, when we walked in an employee yelled at us "were closing!" All the food was gone, shelves were empty. The sign on the door said they closed at 10. Rude employees, closed 45 minutes early & wouldnt provide any service.

Came to get some ColdStone and a couple donuts for the morning. They are open till 11pm it was 750pm. As I walked in they were dumping all the donuts, bagles, and muffins into the trash. Like a hundred of them. I dont get it, if the stores open till 11, wth they going to sell?

The employees were not very friendly and we waited forever for them to make 2 bagels, in which i paid extra for cream cheese. When I got home and opened the bagels, there was barely any cream cheese on the bagels at all. It was like eating a dry bagel. Very disappointed.

Waited 20 minutes in drive thru for a coffee with 1 person ahead of me. Person had issues with order.Couldnt move out of line because I was boxed in, employees were unapologetic. Then I was given the wrong order. I wont go back!

Ive tried going to this location multiple times and they have always been closed early. The time days 10 and I just left at 915 to the door being locked and no one inside. No one answering the phone. Its a shame.

I asked for two medium hot chocolates. 9.19 was the price, I was like "ok, thats weird" but then she gives a large coffee with my two hot chocolates, they didnt want to refund me.
