Cupcakes are, by far, the best in the area, and I enjoy the Rewards program. However, the staff could be friendlier/less stiff and smile (a lot) more. It would also be nice if there was soft jazz or something playing in the background upon entering the bakery - you are greeted by the hum of machinery. Perhaps its a safety issue because the kitchen is open through... but every time I go in, I feel like Im entering a somewhat decorated infirmary. It needs to feel more welcoming.

I ordered cupcakes to be delivered to my mom for Valentines Day. One of the glasses were broken. I emailed company After three times they emailed me back but wanted to know what I wanted them to do. Extremely poor customer service. Im glad I found out now before ordering a bigger order for a bridal shower
