HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT!!!! I wish there was another Atlanta Bread Company in town because this one is horrible...every time I order they either leave something out of my bag or completely mess up my order altogether. I work for the hospitality industry and I NEVER tell any of our hotel guests to go there because of their horrible service...I just called just for a bowl of soup to pick up on my way to the bank...got put on hold for 10 minutes...then hung up on...I have now been trying to call back for over 15 minutes & it is busy as someone has just taken the phone off the hook. This is the WORST Atlanta Bread Company I have ever encountered. I am calling corporate...I have spoken to management & although they apologize...it keeps happening over & over again. Sick and tired of it.

Service, What is that? I do not believe that the staff here knows the definition of customer Service! I ordered a cobb salad and the egg initially came out very undercooked and then the second time it was rubbery (overcooked). To add insult to injury I was served rotten avocado. I also asked for condiments and was rudely told that they were up front as the staff member proceeded to walk away. The bottom line is that the customer service here was horrible, the establishment could stand a few days of deep cleaning and the staff should be re-trained. Its as if the staff seems to lack supervision. P.S. - They were out of panini bread

The food was good. Its like Panera but tastier. The chilli was really awesome. Now for the bad part. This has to be one of the filthiest fast casual places I have ever seen. The mens bathroom looks like it hasnt been cleaned in days. We had to go around the place twice just to find a table that was not dirty(we came in at 2.30,not exactly the busiest time of the day). The AC vents had what looked like mold. On our way out we saw the health certificate which was a B. Bottom line, I will definitely visit ABC again, just never this location.

Their food is very good and satisfying. The problem I have with this particular location is the manager. Once I asked to get a kids meal.. he said for who? I told him my daughter at home. He said I could not buy one because there was no way I could prove that is was going to a child/"kid", and that they would have to be there with me. After that I will not be eating there, I use to be a pretty regular customer (once a week).

My order has been incorrect every time I have ordered from this place. It is the simple things like when I ask for an apple instead of the bread or chips which I dont eat. They always put the hard bread or the chips in my order instead of the apple. They always add onions to my food and I request they be taken out of the order. I will not be ordering from them again

Atlanta bread is essentially Panera bread in the sense that its a "urban cafe bakery". The service here is good, they use fresh ingredients and make the bread in-house. The dining area is very nice, and the food taste great. It is a bit more expensive than other lunch options, but I find quality to be worth it.

Awesome service! Awesome food! Our food was fresh and we didnt wait long at all for it. A tad bit pricey but definitely a good value. They offer outside seating which is awesome for days like today. Awesome experience!

Awesome sandwiches and the soups are very good. The prices are a little high but the food is totally worth it. Once you visit you will come back. The service there is also nice.
