Of course just about every Chick-fil-A that Ive been to I would give 5 star rating only reason I will not for this one is because it is located in Turkey Creek Shopping Center and never is not busy during lunch the drive thru. Open another kitchen up and about 8 more drive-thrus and maybe us locals would have time to get and enjoy ur amazing chicken rather than sitting in drive-thru for 20 minutes then spending the other 10 mins of our lunch break driving and stuffing our faces not very enjoyable and has cost me to be late several times.

My family and I are traveling from Louisiana to Gatlinburg for vacation. We stopped in at this location and the experience was wonderful. The employees were very nice and they were cleaning/picking up the entire time. One employee in particular, Ms. Missie was the sweetest to us. Thank you for your service and God Bless! Best fast food in America. A long line at the drivethrough doesnt mean a long wait. The line moves ridiculously quick. The management at Chick-fil-A is always on top of everything and the employees are always kind and courteous. I dont know how they hire such great people. Id love to know their secret. I need some chicken minis!

When asked to describe my experience, i have but only one word to say, amazing. Everything about my experience was fantastic. Not only was the food good, but the people working were fantastic. Would definitely give 6 stars if that was an option.

Great place to bring the kids! Always get the kids an ice cream instead of the book in our case. However I like the adult healthy alternatives like the kale salad, cobb salad, and the southwest salad, all good alternatives on my list.

Its always busy here, but thats expected of a great chicken sandwich place. Never waited long and order was out quickly. I prefer to come inside and order rather than from the drive through as it seems quicker to do that.

Shoulder to shoulder madhouse at lunchtime, and yet I got polite, smiling, friendly service, and was in and out in close to 5 minutes. Always been pleased with this company, they have a real commitment to customer service

Never have a problem with my order. The drive thru is typically fast. Always great and friendly service. I go by chick-fil-A sometimes for just a drink! Love this place, plus it is very kid friendly!!
