I am a regular at Tropical Smoothie Cafe, Ive been to the one in Brighton, the one in Fenton, the one in Hartland, Howell, Lansing, and even one in Florida. Howell is by far THE WORST of all of them. The staff there clearly dont care about their jobs, they almost never make smoothies correctly, they act like its rocket science, and even make up excuses for them not doing their jobs right. I went in there today, got a triple berry oat with no sweetener, extra oats, ginger, and Spinach & Kale, and they forgot the berries that they were supposed to put in the smoothie anyway. Its really quiet a shame, this is one of the only smoothie places in the area, and theyre really pathetic, it sucks because they could really open the area up to other smoothie places, but this place just sucks!

WOW!!! I was part of the Tropical Smoothie Cafe National Flip-Flop Day and was totally amazed at the efficiency of the staff during that crazy busy time. They cranked out over a thousand free smoothies, non-stop. Perfect example of a well-oiled machine. Quick, professional, and friendly! Great planning and organization on the part of the management! Very, very impressive!!!

Friendly staff and management. Never been to a Tropical Smoothie Cafe and staff very helpful as to options and how things worked when picking the best smoothie for me. My smoothie was delicious and very filling; I had oats added. Ive been there every day since they opened and looking forward to more.

I have been here twice and both times the employees had very poor attitudes toward the customers and made the smoothies incorrectly. When I asked for them to remake the smoothie they were not pleased. The smoothies tasted bland both times.

First Time at Jonnas new bar and grill...burgers were fantastic and apple cheesecake to die for. Waitstaff was prompt and pleasant. Overall 5+++ ...will definitely be back and recommend highly!!!
