My girlfriend and I went to this location for a late lunch. We had no previous experience eating at this chain, so we decided to give it a shot. Much to our dismay, the food was nothing to brag about and the service was poor. We went our entire time waiting for our meals and through the meal itself without a refill. We finally recieved a refill upon receipt of the check, and that was another 20 minute wait to get that paid. Ultimately its safe to say I would not recommend this location based on our experience.

Poor service. I would recommend better training of staff and ensuring courtesy. Example: I asked someone to please bring back my drink that was taken from me after eating my entire meal without any liquid to drink. I was looked at dead in the face and said I would rather not. In my profession if I looked at someone and said I would rather not I may be charged with negligence. Please spend your money else where. I will say this, the manager was very nice and respectful.

I am a African American male...I just not too long ago left wild wings... the bar was full I waited until two seats were empty to go to the bar to order drinks. I sat at this bar area for over an hour just to get two budlights...I seen over four couples come right up to the bar and order drinks while this hour was occurring.. total racists I was soo uncomfortable.. never going Bak until new staff is established...

Our group arrived about 3:00. We were seated promptly, even though we had a big group. The bottom line is that while the food was fantastic, and the server kept our drinks filled, the food took a ridiculously long time to arrive. My recommendation is that if you come here make sure you have plenty of time. Also, if it took this long during off peak how long would it take during a dinner rush?

I used to frequent this place often. In fact, my friends and I came here every Wednesday for nearly a year playing Questionary. Eventually, the menu changed AGAIN, the prices went up, and they took off everyones favorite things from the menu, so weve stopped coming. Bring back the Wilder Willy and stop raising prices! Ill be back once other wing joints catch up to your inflation.

Well no complaints about the staff good environment but I have ate there before and my chef salad was awesome today my shrimp was smelly and had a funny taste the "manager" was like nope it smells like shrimp to me u wasnt gonna make me eat something tht was so stanky!!!!! Shrimp dnt smell like tht I think the food was mishandled and manager needs customer service training!

First off, our waitress Olivia barely came to the table, and when she did, it was like she didnt want to stop. There was a little attitude present, I guess since she was getting paid gratuity, she felt she should just bring the food and never come back! The sodas are watered down, and the burgers are very bland! Need I say more about the staff? Awful!

We go to the Wild Wings on Saturday night to have dinner and listen to music. The wings are the best in town!!! The service we get from the bar is wonderful, and we especially like Helen. She goes above and beyond to make sure we have a great time. We love our little get away from the daily grind at the Wild Wings... Thank you!!!

I would give 0 stars if can. Just went in for lunch and waited at table for about 10 minutes. Still no server was showing and the server on the next table just looked at us and left. So we just decided to leave the restaurant and still no one said anything but the hostess just looking at us leaving. No one should treated like this.

we had 7 people we waited 2 hrs and when ten oclock hit they said hostess was closing and just grab a table when one opened up....when a table did open up the trashy band groopies grabed them not once but twice...i feel if your there you have a beeper for two hrs untill your sat..they shouldent leave untill they dod there jobs.

I went to Wild Wings Cafe for lunch and was not pleased. The service was not good and the food wasnt either. I order the Chicken Fajita Wrap and it lacked seasoning. The fries were good but anybody can make fries. My sister order the wings and they were greasy and also lacked seasoning. They were also too hard.

I would give this zero if I could. In general, in like Wild Wings but skip this location. Wait times are ridiculous for a half empty place. Staff obviously dont understand being in a Custer Service industry. There are so many Wing places around like Locos and Buffalo Wild Wings that this place is not worth it.

My boyfriend and I have eaten here a few times. I love the Davids Chicken & Friends! Every now and then you get a good waitress, but they are few and far between. Wings are decent enough I guess, but I will never again make the mistake of ordering any of their mini burgers, chicken sandwiches, or hot dogs.

Love the food and waitresses. What I dont like are the two idiots in charge of seating. Waited 35 min for a booth and saw two parties who came after us get booths before us. Asked the soulless Ginger what the deal was and she conferred with the schnozzola to deliver a "youre next."

The place was packed out, it was a live music night. The Sanctified Revival Band was playing, and the good bar service and the loud rock and roll was great. Reccomend to anyone who enjoys local music and a good menu to go along with a full bar

Some of the staff are slow, but I always ask for the ones I know are good. I love Bishop. I think Derek (sp?) is the other one I like. The wings are awesome, but the sandwiches and salads are the best.

The staff is so friendly and the food is delicious...not to mention the most amazing cupcakes! Best coffee shop in town. Fantastic little shop. Can get pretty crowded but worth the wait. AMAZING.

Lunch on a Saturday I had to wait with a 1 year old and 6 year old. The staff did not offer us a seat and sat 3 same size parties that arrived after us before they sat us. Just a bit aggravating

Good wings, and other food. All we had was a bunch of different appetizers, but they were all good. The service was fast and friendly.
