This restaurant is one of my favorites in the Buford area. Their unique menu offers a little bit of everything: Japanese, Vietnamese, Chinese -- but nothing there can be considered "standard". They put their own twist on every dish, from the preparation to the presentation. This is not a delivery establishment, and once you sit down and experience their food youll understand why. They recently have tried offering Japanese sushi rolls, however those who are already familiar with Japanese cuisine will probably find these to be inferior to anything offered by a traditional Japanese restaurant. The sushi rice and -- to my meager palette -- the fish are just not as good. The Japanese can prepare even the simplest meals with exquisite results. Here, the rolls are a bit gimmicky and over the top -- probably best suited for the California Roll-type customer. Just pass on the sushi and stick to their strong offerings -- really just about everything else. If you must have Japanese food, order the udon. Oh, and dont leave without ordering the mango pie. You have to try the mango pie.

This is our favorite local spot. The food is excellent; not just compared to local options, but among the best Asian Ive had. They have unique menu items in addition to doing the usuals, like Pad Thai, better than other places. The staff is friendly and its the sort of place where they get to know their regulars. We always enjoy chatting with Kenny and John and appreciate their efforts to interact with our young children. Try the Roti Canai for appetizer or Banana Roti for dessert. I have not had an entre I didnt enjoy. Some of my favorites are the Singapore-style noodle and the twice-cooked pork chop. If you havent been to Fusion youre missing out!

If you were to review Thai places in Atlanta, this one would easily make the top 10, but in Gwinnett county this is about the only place youll get as close to authentic as you can get Thai food. They serve sushi and chinese as well which normally is a sign that the place isnt going to be good, but not so with Fusion. In fact, most of their entire menu is great making it difficult to choose when ordering. The mango pie mentioned before is one of the best, but our favorite it the Pad Prik, which isnt served by many so called "thai places." Try it out, Im sure youll fall in love as well!

I love Asian food and we are locals so we had to try this out. The food was good, I would maybe say great. However, the service was horrible. The owner (I think) had all his bills and calculators out on a table in the middle of the restaurant and was compeletly focused on that the whole time we were there. Most of the employees were too occupied with watching the TV to pay us any attention. We have 2 servers that flip-flopped helping us depending on who could pull themselves away from the television.

Love the food and atmosphere here! Fusion has such a friendly staff and excellent food! They may come off as abrasive at first but dont let that fool you, the staff will quickly come out of their shells and treat you with the utmost respect. Our food has always been quick to the table and taste very freah! I would recommend to anyone looking for more options for dinner and will be happy to return! Keep up the good work!

The Red Thai Curry is always good. Its good with chicken and even better with crispy duck. The Roti Canai as an appetizer was delicious. The sticky rice with mango slices is also a very good desert option. My husband likes the mango icecream even more. The staff has been very friendly and very attentive every single time we go there!! They will help you decide on new things to try and are very accommodating.

Wow! The food is always great. The crew is helpful and friendly. I go every other week for the sushi, but stopped in today for lunch. The young waitress (Tiffany) came to the table with a smile and was helpful and attentive. I went with her suggestion and was not disappointed. Unless she suggests something different, Ill have the same thing next time. Im looking forward to it. Go...and enjoy!

This has been one of my favorite restaurants and the food is so good I come here weekly. The have fantastic sushi, (my 2 favorite rolls are the "Firecracker" and the Kamikaze") great Asian dishes including sesame chicken and Mongolian beef, an excellent selection of appetizers (the Satay and Cheese rolls are great choices) and a wonderful, friendly staff eager to serve you.

I would say, if you need to apologise to ur wife/girlfriend for something, then this is a fair treat. A tad more expensive than ur standard chinese/jap/thai, with a tad more quality, and a lot more variety. Kinda like the Honda Accord of restaurants. Almost a BMW 3-series. the soups r tremendous. pretty much anything fishy is good.

Love this place! They have the best massaman curry and roti canai. They used to have delivery, but I dont think that they do anymore. I usually do take out here, and have not ever been disappointed. Their food is always fresh and fast and large servings! Perfect spot for a quiet dinner there or for take out after a busy day.

THE BEST Chinese food around. DO NOT waste your time with others, Ive done that for you. Wonderful Thai, Japanese, sushi too. Good, fresh, tasty ingredients. Not just greasy junk, it is quality. Light sauces, not syrup. REAL FOOD. Consistent. Great customer service. They do it right!

The times Ive been to Fusion, the owners son has always been quick to sit down and talk concerts and music and everything under the sun, which creates a really home-y feeling. Kick ass food. Great hospitality. Would gladly blow my whole paycheck here!!

I have been eating at Fusion since they opened and Ive never been disappointed. By far my favorite restaurant for Asian food whether its Chinese, Thai, or sushi. The sauces and ingredients are noticeably fresher and better than any other Chinese.

The food here is amazing all the time. The people are friendly. Weve been coming here for years and never been disappointed. Tangerine beef and mango pie are must haves. However, I suggest you get a variety and share with friends and family.

My daughter found a hair in the meal, obviously not hers and the young man was rude and walked away. He claimed the hair was hers, but it was in the chicken! No refund of the cost of the meal. Disappointing
