Stopped in tonight and had horrible customer service. The girls working were talking to each other the whole time and messed up both mine and my husbands orders. I understand they are high schoolers and its an ice cream place, Im not expecting outstanding service, but when your job is as simple as scoop the ice cream into the bowl, I expect you to at least scoop the ones we actually ordered. Other than the service, the location was clean and you cant really mess up ice cream (other than getting the wrong flavor), so wed probably go back again.

Its ice cream from Coldstone. Its good, and replying to the other review about bad customer service and it being slow; the customer service is fine -- it isnt a car thats gonna explode if its not fixed (GM/Ford/Toyota), an airline whos going to beat you or leave you stranded for hours (United/Delta) or a hospital thats gonna kill you (every hospital, ever). Ive eaten here multiple times and Ive never had to wait, and Ive never gotten sick.

Great ice cream and service staff every time I have been at this location. Only one complaint that is unfortunately significant to me. They do not have a working credit card chip reader or Android/Apple pay terminal. Without this technology what guarantee is there that an employee is not skimming my banking information for profit.

Dont go here. Super slow service. Rude employees with no customer service experience. If you want to leave angry and disappointed this is the place to go. You are way better off going to baskin robbins. This review is based on multiple visits
