Started working for this chain owned by "Cyndon Enterprises" They fired the manager at this location and "due to THAT ACTION" action ( no fault of mine) I had to chase down my 1st paycheck for 5 days.. being shuffled from store to store, phone number to phone number. The store is filthy inside which I never knew and I pardoned this store for almost 3 yrs prior to this last week. I fell on hard times and needed to feed my children. I am a successful career women that took this job to make sure I had at least something coming in the house instead of living of the government. Then, with my shift covered in the system, I called to get my schedule and now I am off the schedule after I told them that I will be finally back to full time work in my career Sept 2nd. Now for the last days I have attempted to contact BOTH the owner and his son about my check on Friday. Nope you guessed it... again to the Shell game. Shame that people cant just face to face talk, and be professional... especially when your in an ownership / management role. So I wait for a check again.. next I will call Wage and Hour.

I love Tim Hortons Coffee more than most places. But the staff here is disappointing. And its disappointing because I love Tim Hortons coffee! My first experience here was neutral, but my second experience - I stood at the counter for probably 3 minutes without being acknowledged. Now that may sound like a silly thing to complain about and maybe it is, but while I’m waiting I was watching the employees and they just seemed so indifferent. Maybe it was a bad day but it appeared they had no intentionality in their work ethic. Ultimately they ran out of iced coffee and filled the rest of the cup up with regular brewed coffee. Maybe that is in fact how they make their ice coffee at Tim Hortons, but the four coffee shops I am familiar with, they at least double brewed their ice coffee. The coffee ended up tasting watered down.

there are employees here that make fun of the disabled, none of the money received for donations for different causes actually gets donated, it is all just taken by the owner. There are people that work here that have absolutely no people skills and treat everyone with complete disrespect, (including calling their employees fat to their faces). I know multiple people that have worked at this establishment and the stories they have to tell are unbelievable. The owners seem to think that when they come in, it is okay to touch all the food with their bare hands and without a hair net. This place should just be closed tbh. Its nasty af. I would give this place a -7 stars if i could.

My wife and I have received terrible drinks from this place several times and were done giving them the benefit of the doubt. A few nights ago we wasted our money on what was basically brown-colored water. I can understand once or twice being a fluke, but its time to give this place a bad review. The same is true of the Tim Hortons on Silver Lake Rd. Neither of them are any good. I actually dont remember the last time I got a decent drink from either Tim Hortons in Fenton. I advise you pick anywhere else if you want a decent coffee/cappuccino/mocha/etc.

I had gotten a to-go cup of cafe mocha from another location. When it cooled emough for me to drink I found that it didnt taste right in fact it was awful. I went to the next Tim Hortons we came to, which was the Fenton location, told the associate the problem and they fixed me right up with a new cup of cafe mocha that tastes just the way it should, aahhh.

Typical, efficient drive-thru service. Cleanliness is an issue inside throughout that seems management can not resolve, primarily the restrooms. Never "ever" a clean ceramic coffee cup to drink from when dining inside. High turnover of young employees. . . . ATTENTION CORPORATE!

Stopped on my way to the Crim in Flint. This staff was friendly and had a great energy for 745 am on a Saturday. Ive been to a lot of Tim hortons all over the state. This was my best experience. A thinner black guy helped me and a younger white girl with dark blonde hair.

The staff was nice, but seemed overwhelmed and understaffed. The sandwich was nothing, Nothing like advertised. It was awful. They showed a picture of a "steak panini" with chunks of steak, cheese, and veggies. Below is a picture of what we got.

This Tims is painfully slow in the mormings, especially when youre in a rush! They currently have 7 people working (that I can see) and the line qas so long outside the building that I had to go inside... Took 10+ minutes to get a coffee!

Ordered a new columbian coffee, which was supposed to be $1.00 and was charged $1.56, but thought oh well, Im here now. Ordered a small with 2 creams. Got to my office and had black with sugar. Dumb!!

By far the worst Tim Hortons I have ever been to. Donuts tend to be hard, coffee is burnt, sandwiches are burnt, and the frozen (blended) drinks dont actually get properly blended here.

Smelled like pee and manger should not be in there postion, it took 15min to get a coffee and bagel. I will never go there again, the owner should be removed from there franchise.
