I went to here specifically to get the Cream of Chicken and Wild Rice soup. I ordered that and then I ordered a smoked turkey sandwich with lettuce and tomato on country bread. I waited 10 minutes for my to go order. I was informed they were out of the chicken wild rice soup so I requested the broc. cheese in stead. I was then told they were out of baguettes. Its only 430 and they are out of a lot of things. I get my order and head home. I open my sandwich and its a turkey lettuce tomato on a cheesey type bread that I specified to the order girl I did not want. I check my receipt and was charged for a premium sandwich minus everything add lettuce and tomato. This was not an experience I want to repeat. I cannot eat cheese so the sandwich went untouched and my meal consisted of soup with no side. Very dissatisfied.

With chains you pretty much know what you are getting when you walk in. The difference between locations comes down to service. I ordered a flat bread sandwich and after I paid they informed me that they were out of flat bread. No big deal. They recommended a perfectly acceptable replacement bread. All was fine. Then unexpectedly they came and brought me the money I had paid and apologized for the trouble. You cant ask for more than that. I have always had good experiences at this location.

Every time I have been to this location, I have been thoroughly disappointed. They never make the sandwiches right, they are always done so sloppy and never how I ordered. I worked at a different panera about a year ago, and accuracy and pleasing the customers were the most important things to us. Apparently that is NOT how this store operates. Very disappointed and will never be coming back. SO GLAD THEY ARE OPENING A NEW PANERA IN HOWELL!!! I will be going there from now on.

First time at this Panera, and I wouldnt go back. Found a hair on my sandwich, then 4 more hairs on my plate under my napkins and roll. They gave me a new roll and refunded my money, which was nice, but still. So gross. And the most obnoxious teenagers are working in the back. Nonstop taking, even making fun of people they go to school with. The one girl is so loud everyone can hear her conversation and you cant even enjoy a quiet meal.

Website for online ordering is currently down, so we called in to place an order. When you call it says to press 4 to order your food. Was then told thats not a thing, you cant order over the phone. So that ruined all lunch plans for the day. You probably shouldnt have the option to order over the phone if you cant actually do that...

I wish I had taken note of the woman who took my order, best service I have ever experienced, she had a family in front of me who were trying to decide what to order and very politely asked them if she could wait on the next person. Received my order in less than 5 minutes. mac and cheese was great.

Dirty and tattered dining area. I sat in a booth and felt like I was in a week old salad bowl. Please take some time to clean, and how about doing a dining area refreshing of tables, chairs and fitments. I feel like I caught some sort of bug from the seats.

Great cafe! Wonderful staff! A place you can spend two hours sipping coffee in on a Sunday morning without feeling rushed. While lunch there is delicious, I really recommend spending breakfast at Panera on Grand River.

My mac&cheese was runny the first time they made it and the second time they made it there were some half cooked chewy noodles. I ended up getting a refund and got the penne alfredo with out chicken which was very good.

I go out of my way to visit this Panera as it has a drive through. With a preschooler and young twins, its so overly complicated to jump out for a healthy bite to eat, so this makes for an easy compromise.

Been to a million panera breads. I get it that this is a restaurant and not a starbucks, but the internet at this place is some unusable dsl garbage and I will never return to a place with unusable wifi.

Great service, great food. The ability to order from a kiosk is great. My food was delivered to my table by a very courteous staff member. I had a salad, and it was both healthy and tasty.

I ordered a bagel, egg and cheese. Im a vegetarian so I dont eat meat. It had bacon on it. For as expensive as Panera is they should be able to get it right. Wont be returning.

This place can get extremely busy and sometimes it can take awhile to get your meal. Although it may be busy and take awhile, I have never had a bad experience with my food.
