I often go through the drive thru during the evening and the service is very slow. They dont mess up my order every time, but it does happen enough to be noteworthy. I ordered an A1 Ultimate Bacon Cheeseburger one time and I got a bun with one hamburger patty and an onion ring. I was the only person in the drive thru, so its not like they messed my order up with someone elses. I checked my receipt and it said I ordered the A1 Ultimate Bacon Cheeseburger, so its not like they misheard my order. When you do get your food and the order is correct, it tastes fine like youd expect from a Burger King. But as far as speed of service, this Burger King needs some work.

I have had a few bad experiences with this particular burger king in the past, mostly a long wait until I could order or receive my food in the drive through, although it was rather late when I went. My most recent visit however was completely different. Although there was a wait for some of my food to be cooked, which is understandable as it was late, it was nowhere near as long as my prior visits. I was treated very well and I received a little extra food for the wait. I hope that they will continue to provide such service in the future.

Not very good. Went inside cause my son and I thought it would be faster there was NO line we were the only ones inside the building besides the workers who had their backs turned away from the counter (terrible customer service) Waited in line for 3 minutes then waited on 3 sandwichs and two shakes for 7 minutes. They are slow every time I come here that or they screw up the order like the last time I was here. No thanks Ill go to a different BK next time

it always take forever to get through the drive thru, one time I took 40 mins and there was only 1 car in front of me,10 of those mins I was sitting at the order speaker waiting to be helped.. they never put the dipping sauces you request in the bags and workers are usually pretty rude. Workers are extremely slow and all of them including the managers need to be retrained on how operate a restaurant.

This place always takes for ever with a simple order last time they made me wait for fries and they had so much salt on them I had to scrap each fry just to eat it then other times they always get my order wrong. I would pass by go somewhere else I now drive 10 mins out of my way to hit another one that has great service must be the management.

Every time I come here I end up waiting for my food from 10-20 minutes in drive through. Every time I ask why the wait is so long, their excuse is "We are short handed." Then when I get my food, its cold, and most of the time not even what I ordered. Ive given up on having them fix it. Trust me, do not go here.

If youre in the drive through expect to wait 15-20 minutes for food regardless of how short or long the line is. Cold and rude employees. Who really need to learn how to work faster. Oh and even though youve just waiting 15+ minutes for food you can expect it to be cold. Honestly just eat somewhere else.

If i could post no stars, i would. Absolutely ridiculous. Wrong order, idiots at drive thru. Tried giving us a coffee 3 times. Never ordered a coffee. They couldnt even figure out what was wrong. Horrible. Seriously mismanaged.

I stop there several times a week for breakfast. Brandy is an outstanding cashier. She knows what I normally order and has it ready within a couple of minutes. The restaurant itself is always clean. I highly recommend it.
